These boots are so beautiful & comfortable. Theyre such a dark brown they almost look black & the leather is superb.

I had to return these boots, sadly. Theyre beautiful and I loved them, I bought them for myself as birthday gift, which is undoubtedly the most expensive gift Ive ever gotten myself, and when they arrived the boot had a manufacturing defect in the footbed area where the leather wasnt glued down correctly and had a wrinkle in it. My size was sold out, and Frye said all they could do was accept a return and I could order again when my size came in stock. I think Frye is a good company, but Im a little disappointed in receiving 500$ boots that didnt receive good quality control before they shipped. Now I have to reorder and spend weeks going through this whole process. Hopefully my next pair arrive in perfect condition.

I waited on the campus boot for the color I needed. It finally arriveddark chocolate brown. I jumped on it having never tried the campus but knowing most Frye fit well. I was thrilled with the very dark brown. The leather is very good (was curious what would show up after reading some of the reviewsbut it is great quality). The boots fit perfectly TTS and didnt need to be broken in. Great product.

These feel great but theyre missing the pull tabs inside the boot. Not sure if this is normal?? Kind of messed up to spend hundreds of dollars on theses and the quality control is so subpar. For my next pair Ill likely buy from nordstrom instead.

These boots are amazing. My usual size is 38. I ordered them in a 7 and a half. They fit loose but comfortable. They have a clog feel. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Size 6 in saddle has not been restocked in MONTHS. Every other color has been restocked in size 6 countless times. Ill just get the Steve Madden dupe at this point.

Finally bought the Banana Campus. They are a classic. I remember years ago (40+) when the "rich" girl had these boots in high school. Not this chickie, but I can still remember oodling over them. Well guess who has them now? ME and I love them. Though I am definitely not the rich girl, I sure feel like one when I wear them. They are beautiful. Treat yourself. You deserve it.

Received my boots and have been dying to wear them. Only thing is- I cant! Theres some stitching or plastic feeling thing scraping me on the inside of my left boot. It feels like an annoying plastic tag or needle scraping me. I have tried with tights, and putting a bandaid on my leg, but still can feel this sharp item. I am obsessed with the boots but cant physically wear them!?

Quality is off. I bought saddle and banana. Saddle looks perfect. Banana seems defective. Boots are diff heights and the leather is extremely worn and wrinkled in areas on just one of the boots. I get leather will have wrinkles etc but this is as if they have been worn for over a year. Didnt return as its so hard to get them and always sold out. So guess I have to settle. Cant believe I spent over $500

Why do you sell Sadle or banaba in small sizes. If you see that sell then fast , please keep making in Sadle or Banana color Thank you

Bought both size 6.5 and 7. Size 6.5 is too small, and they look brand new. Size 7 is right, but they are used and defective. I spent several days trying to place an order, and I do want to go through it again. I either keep a new pair but too small or a used pair but right size. Decided to keep size 7. Still cannot believe I spent $500 for a used or defective product due to Fryes bad return or exchange policy. For this price tag, Frye should have never sold anything used as new.

Absolutely hands down my most favorite pair of shoes in my closet! So comfortable! So cute! Easy to dress up or dress down and theres not a single time I wear there where I dont receive multiple compliments on them! 10/10

I absolutely love my campus boots! I bought them in the color Saddle about a month ago and instantly fell in love with the color, fit, style, etc. I was FINALLY able to get my hands on the Banana color recently and instantly ordered them. I immediately noticed when I opened the box that they were different than my Saddle ones. They fit way tighter, theres no pull tabs inside the boots, the stitching is different on the inner calf part of the boots, the heel is thicker and wider, and the stamping on the inside of the boot says Made in Mexico. My saddle boots are the Made in the USA ones. I originally got a size 6.5 in the saddle color and the fit is perfect. The 6.5 in banana is a little tighter and I could have easily sized up to a 7. (I am a true 6.5 in boots and shoes). Anyways, I hope this review helps!

I loved the color & the style. They seemed to run larger than my harness boots. The shaft was too short for me so hit me at a weird spot. I wish they were longer. So I sent them back. For reference Im 510.

A standout! Have worn them about a week or so and get compliments on the color and style all the time! Truly a timeless wardrobe staple. I love that they hold their shape and dont fall or crunch down like other, cheaper boots I have had in the past. Recommend!!

These boots are iconic! The fit was great and the quality is amazing! I love Frye boots.

I have been looking at Frye campus boots all year hoping I would find some second hand, but I finally saved up some money and bought them in banana when they came back in stock in my size! I am normally 8.5 to 9 (leaning closer to 9) and I purchased a size 9. I have long narrow feet, and I honestly dont think I would be able to get them on if I bought an 8.5. Once I get them on they fit well, but the first 5 times I took them on and off it was a process and it took a lot of pulling. However, the leather has gotten less stiff now and I can take them on and off easily. One other factor I didnt think about was the break in time. If you have ever owned a pair of Doc Martens it is kind of like that since they are also stiff leather boots. I made the mistake of wearing them for a long walk my first day of wearing and I got some gnarly blisters. They are way more comfortable now, but just remember to take it easy your first couple wears as they are stiff leather boots. I love the way these look and they get more comfortable with each wear. Mine are made in Mexico and dont have the interior pull tabs, but they still fit super well and seem really well made. I am excited to wear these for many years to come!

What can I say? They live up to the hype. I am a size 7 in Frye and these fit like glove immediately upon first putting them on. They are a work of art and will keep them literally FOREVER. The leather is the most beautiful leather I have seen. I do have a few other Frye boots and the Campus takes the cake on them all. I understand why they never go on sale and always in demand. They are an iconic statement boot. I got them in the banana color which at first I was not sure about but quickly realized they are the most unique looking pair and look nothing like the other boots I own. Also, they way they stand up on their own with zero slouch showcases the high quality material.

They fit me perfectly. I thought I was going to need the wide Campus 14 but I still have space around my calves (Im exactly a 14 around my calves. Color is so beautiful and these boots are built well.

Love them! Normally an 8.5, but ordered a 9 for thick socks. Good call! Im excited to break in and wear these!
