Frye Campus 14L in Banana - I love these boots. I wanted something in another color different from my same ol' black and brown boots. I was also looking for something versatile and timeless. The banana color is so unique and ultimately goes with about any color. They have a cool bohemian look to them. I felt that they actually run true to size and found them very comfortable from the first day I wore them. They soften with wear and mold to your foot and leg shape. I'm afraid that if I would have sized down, they would have felt too narrow and maybe smaller in the leg. I ordered an 8, and upon comparing them to some of my other size 8 boots, felt they were the same length. I do wear mine with socks. These boots are so well made, there's no doubt in my mind that I'll have them for many years and I feel confident that they will continue to look stylish.

Greatest Boot Ever!!! This boot is the most comfortable boot I have ever owned! I wasn't too keen on spending the money on Frye boots, but I am so happy with these Campus Frye’s! I would recommend them to anyone! I can wear them all day at work while I am on my feet and there is no discomfort at all!!!!

Oh my happy feet!!! Love these boots, the style and, most importantly, the feel. There are not many shoes or boots that I can say my wide feet feel comfortable in, but these are definitely one of the few! Thanks Frye and Zappos for great customer service!!

After 2+ years of lust, these boots are worth it! I LOVE these boots. 2 things: A patch of sharp stitching on the inside of the boot left my calf bloody & torn (and a blood smear inside the boot) but a band-aid over the stitching solved the problem. And sometimes my arches will scream at me if I've walked around in the boots for too long. But then the pain goes away - so who knows? I'm a bit afraid of the sagging and eventual cankle look, but so far so good.

Wonderful style - I ordered a half size down and they fit me a little snug, but well. I love the boot. They are so stylin' and are such great quality. They are a little stiff at first but I'm sure they will break in.

Frye Campus Boots Are a Classic - I purchased my first pair of Frye Campus boots approximately 38 years ago and wore them, with loving care, for 25 years!!! In December 2007, I purchased my second pair of Frye Campus boots and am so pleased with them. They are absolutely the most durable boots I have ever owned and find them appropriate for both warm and winter climates. Thanks, Frye!!!

Perfection!! I just received these boots (in black) today and they fit like a DREAM. My foot slipped right in with socks on unlike my Frye Veronica Slouch boots that took some gentle coercing of my feet! Thanks to the customer reviews I went down the half size from 8.5 to 8 and I couldn't be happier. The toe is less roomy than I thought but I know the boot will mold to my feet soon enough. My calves have room to breathe without looking too loose! I love Fryes and I definitely love Zappos!!!

Cool boots! These boots are so coo! I feel cool wearing them. I would not normally spend this much on a pair of shoes but they are worth it and I am worth it. I was worried that they were too big because I did not order down a half size-just ordered my shoe size. When they came they were a little loose. I put a regular arch support in them (I wear them in everything) and that seemed better. I wore them around the house on and off for a couple of days and then finally outdoors. They fit great, perfect! I want more now. I wear them mostly with skirts but jeans too.

A FABULOUS BOOT! I just received my new Frye Campus boot and I am sooo happy with this splurge! These boots are all I expected and then some, they are extremely comfortable; however, I ordered one entire size down (on a recommendation from a representative for the line) and they are perfect with socks. Definitely order 1/2 to one whole size down. I will also be purchasing these boots in black!!! This is a fabulous boot and they are manufactured to last a lifetime!

Love them. These are the 2nd pair of Fryes that I have bought and love them even more than my first pair (the Harness boot). They fit true to size... I wear a 7.5 or an 8 and the 8 fits perfect. For those that have wide feet, they may find these boots to be a little narrow. I have narrow feet and can tell that these boots kinda run on the narrow side.

Worth the fight to get on! I have wanted Frye boots for several years now, but just didn't want to spend the money on them. I also really wanted to try them on somewhere first and then buy them... but I couldn't find them anywhere. It's a good thing, too because I wouldn't have put up the fight to get them on at a store that I did in the privacy of my home. It took me about 30 minutes of struggling to get the boots on and was no easy feat. However, since I had read the reviews, I was prepared for it to be difficult. They were a little bit tight in my calves at first, but by the end of the day, they had stretched out and were a little loose. These boots DO stretch. Once you get them on your feet, keep them on for a couple of hours and walk, walk, walk. You will see that the leather stretches and becomes looser. Putting them on the second time around is NOWHERE near as difficult as the first. There is no arch support in the boots, but it isn't a problem for me as I've just never needed it. I find the boots EXTREMELY comfortable. Beautiful color! Looks amazing with any color jeans. The color is prettier in person than online. The toe of the boot is also much daintier than I thought it would be. I was worried that it would be large and clunky, but that wasn't the case. They actually make my feet look smaller! I will be ordering a pair of dark brown in the future...

Best boot ever - I am so happy with my purchase and with the customer service team at Zappos! The boots seem to run a little big - I usually wear a 9 but purchased the 8.5 and they are perfect.

Takes a while to break in - I bought these in both black and brown. Both colors are beautiful. I still haven't broken these in yet. The boots are very stiff, but it appears that once they are broken in they will last forever. I ordered a half size smaller which fits fine. If you have wider feet I would order your true size because they are a little narrow.

Very comfortable - These boots fit nicely and I love the look. It has a casual chic feel and I like the leather sole. I bought these a half size smaller than my usual size and they're perfect. As always, Zappos customer service is great - shipping is very fast!

Love these boots! I'm very happy with this purchase. These boots run about a half size larger than most boots. I knew that though. Try them on in a store and then order from Zappos - that's what I did.

The Coolest! These boots are perfect. They look great with jeans and dresses. I agree that you should order a half size smaller than usual and if you order dark brown, the color of the leather will vary slightly from one boot to the other. It takes a few days to break them in, but they are super comfortable. I couldn't find boots like this in any store. I just know I'll have these boots forever and they'll never go out of style.

Love them! I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 and I ordered these in a 7. They are perfect, I practically didn't wear another shoe the first two weeks I had them. Great addition to my wardrobe.

Super Cool Boots!! These boots are so beautiful,they are worth every dime. The dark brown color is perfectly distressed. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 to 9 depending on the shoe and 8 fits great. This boot is a classic. Cool and funky, but sexy too!!

Great boots!!! I love these boots. They are great over skinny jeans, even on the first day before they stretch. They were easy to get on and felt comfortable right away. I usually wear a 9 and ordered 8 1/2 and they were perfect. The heels are supposed to be kind of loose. Zappos is wonderful... I ordered at 7 pm and they were at my house by 5 the next day.

Love them - just need to wear them in a bit at first. Great boot that I plan on owning for many, many years. I did go down a half size like the other reviews recommended and they seem to fit just fine. The heel does slip, so it helps to wear socks that are taller. And it does take a few days to wear them in, but overall, I'm very happy with these boots.

Couldn't be happier! I'd been coveting these boots for 4 years and finally bought them. SO happy I used Zappos--I ordered a half-size smaller like people say to but my feet are so wide I needed my actual size, and Zappos made buying and returning SO easy! The boots are amazing--didn't even need a "breaking in" period. I really feel like they are worth the big bucks, and Zappos just got a new loyal customer. (Oh, and not the best arch support, but I think insoles will fix that.)

Tragically hip - These boots looked as good in person as they do on the web. The distressing of the leather is absolutely perfect. The color will be right on for many seasons, so I didn't mind the price. The boots are a little stiff, especially in the sole, but I'm hoping they loosen up as I wear them. I'd definitely buy them again.

Best boots ever! I knew I would love these boots because I bought a pair from another dealer 3 years ago in Banana color and still wear them to this day but I was ready for a different color. I saw Zappos had the dark brown and have always loved their service so I ordered them and of course got them the next day. I ordered a 1/2 (.5) size smaller than normal for these boots. Most comfortable shoes I own.

Callie in Colorado - These boots rock-they look and feel lovely. Only problem is they're tough to get on at first and the heel is a little loose. Overall the perfect boot-rustic but not hillbilly. P.S. Shipping was less than 24 hours!
