I have very wide feet and need a high and wide toe box. These fit that bill. The ankle padding is good and the tongue (which on a lot of shoes is way too extensive) is not obtrusive. They are VERY HEAVY. I'm getting used to them, especially because, after learning to like the 'rocker' sole, they do support my feet well and I can wear them all day without discomfort. I don't understand why all the weight but if that's what it takes, then OK. Another problem is they are really UGLY. I don't like the metal lacing holders - the overall effect is sort of like work shoes, but not in a nice way. I'm not a cute adolescent for whom ugly-cute is desirable. But again, whatever it takes for comfort and support...

I have very wide feet with straight-across toes so I need a very roomy toe box. These shoes provided that and are comfortably wide. The 7 is a perfect length also. The ankle padding is nice. But they feel quite heavy and I’m not a fan of the ‘rugged’ look of the metal lace fittings. On the whole, I’ll put up with the look to get the fit

I like the style of the shoe but there is some discomfort on the right one which rubs the top of my foot near the toe joint. It was not enough to send them back.

Too narrow in the toe area. She wears bilateral braces, and these shoes are too narrow in the toe area for her. The overall width is ok, but she cannot tolerate the rest of of the rest of the narrow spacees in tjhe toes and she does like the look of them!

This would have been the perfect shoe for walking in the Nature Park, but the heel kept slipping. Size, width, and support were all good. The bed felt shallow and didn't come up around my heel like my other walking shoes. I knew I'd have a blister. So unfortunately I will have to return them.

I was glad I ordered a half size larger after reading other reviews. The shoe is very comfortable. They seems to have a lot of support but I have yet to go to the gym with them yet. Usually I have to break in new shoes slowly but these I was able to wear for a full day without any issues.

This shoe was a toss-up for me. My feet are small (5.5), high arched, and narrow. The pros for this shoe: a well padded footbed and a stable interior. Cons were that my heel slipped causing my socks to crumble down into the shoe. It might be a design flaw, or I might have excessively narrow heels. I tried one shoe with a athletic sock and it was okay; I tried the other shoe with a pedi-sock and it wound up in the shoe under my heel. I liked the feel of the shoe, but just couldn’t keep a pair where I either had to wear long socks or none. With regrets, I set this back to Zappos.

I love these shoes, too bad they did not fit, I normally wear a 9.5 or a 10, in these I got the 10 and it still was too short and my toes touched the tip of the shoe. If they would have fit I would have kept them.

I liked this shoe and have tried a few times before and seem to be hit and miss with sketchers performance shoes. These were exactly what I was looking for to do a lot of walking but sadly they were just a little short so my toes ended up touching at the toe and I know that would end up hurting, I also ordered a WW and there was just not enough room in the toe box. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 WW and it gives me plenty of room. Please consider improvement there are a lot of women out there who need and want sketchers who have larger wider feet.

Clearly this is a quality shoe it just isn't for me. The tongue part of the shoe comes up too high and digs into the top of my ankle and the shoe is just too heavy for me. I purchased these shoes to wear during the winter because boots just don't work as well. The styling is a bit "clunky" for my needs. I will be returning these.

I wish this shoe could take an orthotic. I could not remove the Sketchers insole. boo-hoo. Thank you, Zappos for alwasy being so helpful and cheery.

these shoes are as described. a little tight at the end. also heavier than a normal tennis shoe. almost like steel toes.

How do I return these I ordered them too big , I ordered over a month ago and just yesterday gave to my daughter . I odered another pair in a size 7

This shoe is nice looking and well made. It runs small, I would order a half size larger.

I got a size I always wear, it just did not feel comfortable at them ball of my foot.

Was really hoping they would be wide enough as it is a very nice model. Almost, but not quite, so will be returning them.

I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes for work since I'm on my feet all day I ordered a pair of these that unfortunately didn't fit well I'd worn them a couple of days to work and a seam busted. I ordered a replacement after speaking with a rep from Zappos. When I put the replacement ones on they felt smaller smashed my toes and while not all around uncomfortable they just didn't fit right since they weren't quite long enough for my toes to stretch out my feet were cramping by the second hour at work. Since I couldn't return them after wearing them I have them to a friend who had smaller feet than myself

I really like these shoes. Skechers have always been a reliable fit and look good on me, but these were just too short. My toes rub against the end, and I wore them too muchto exchange before I decided they were too short. However, I'm going to buy another pair because I really do like them. They clean up beautifully with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser, BTW

This shoe is a little hard for me to rate because I decided to try a wide width and they were like boats on me! I do not like tight shoes or my toes cramped but wide was to wide.

Great shoes and fast shipping. This is the second pair I bought.
