Very cool shoes for my 5 year old! Like the velcro straps...he has narrow feet and slip-ons would have been too wide. As other reviews state, they run big. My son measures size 13, I ordered 12.5 and he has some room to grow.

I love these shoes for my little guy. They look cool and he loves them. He's picky about how shoes fit because he has a wide foot. he wears these daily and runs around all day in them.

Phenomenal shoe. We also bought them in red with the blue stripe and they're amazing. We get comments on them frequently. Most important, our boys love them! All that and the Zappos service is unbelievable!

I ordered the Vans for my grandson and he loves them! They were a little big, but he would not let me send them back! The shoes are great quality and are holding up well for a roughty 6 year old!

Very happy to find these. Super stylin' and easy for my 7 year old to get on and off quickly at school. He says they are very comfy. Good quality shoe.

A review of qualified superlatives fits this shoe. Designer shoe look, great for khakis and jeans. The orange is a great draw for my seven year old: the main color is a little faded/saturated. The fit was a good half-to-full size larger than stated, as other reviewers note. There is no arch support, but that is the shoe's style. My son LOVES them but cannot run in them.

Perfect for the lazy 8 year old who does not want to tie his own shoes. It was hard to find Velcro in larger sizes that looked good. Very happy with the shoes so far.

Shoes are great on my little dude. Nice fit, great color. A little disappointed that the red part is not all suede. The sides are cloth and it was not what I expected.

Don't buy these! The upper separated from the sole almost immediately. Incredibly poor quality, especially for kids' shoes -- we all know kids play hard, but my 5 year old didn't even have to wear these hard before they started falling apart. I expect better quality from Vans and Zappos!.

When I saw these sneakers I was in love. We got them home and my son tried them on and loved them. Then he wore them to school a couple of days later and they hurt him. The back is so high that it cuts into the Achilles tendon! He has now refused to wear them because of the pain. Waste of money! And the sizing is way off too!
