Very comfortable shoe . All my other shoes are a size 7; the size 7 in these shoes were too large and I had to return. I then order a 6.5 and they were defective- one shoe was more narrow than the other so I had to return. I do think these shoes are very comfortable but I just gave up. Will be happy when our products are made in the USA again.

I've bought two or three pair of these shoes every year for many years. But the last pairs were a darker, duller brown than before and the leather quality didn't seem so good. (I noticed they were made in India, previously they'd been made in China.) I wish you'd bring back the shoe you had before this change

My Son-in-law loves these shoes and asked me to buy him a pair for Christmas, but they were too big. Sending back and getting the next smaller size. Thinking it may be the width that made the difference.

I am 51 and have been wearing size 12 xtra wide for 25 years or so. i have tried Reebok, New Balance, Nike, Rockport and the size 12 E fits me. your 12 wide had about 1.5 inches of room from where my toes ended.

These shoes came in but were a little too big. I contacted Customer Service for an exchange for a smaller size and they were very helpful explaining the process.

Nice shoes, but shoe laces broke within 3 weeks.

The shoes do seem to look better online. They are a little too big and chunky looking in person. The green line on the bottom is a little weird looking in person, didn't it would be as bright.

Not as good quality as when made in USA.

I have purchased many pairs of Mall Walkers but this most recent pair are the first ones that "squeak" when I walk. Does the leather need some lubrication or is something wrong with the construction?

I use these shoes to walk at least two miles every morning. A good shoe shop can re-build the rubber soles when the heels wear down.

Great shoes. I have ordered 3 pairs from Zappos, where the service is great. Shoes arrive in couple of days and return policy is well supported over the phone if needed!

Nice construction with thick sole. However, there are 5Es and there are 5es.This shoe is only a 5e, too tight for my foot. Propet has a roomier 5E.

I'm on my fourth pair of these shoes, I wear them every day. I have no idea whether they're "stylish" or not (hence the three stars for that), but they're quite comfortable and easy to clean. One drawback, at least for me, is that the heels wear unevenly, the outside faster than the inside. This might be due to the way I walk, but (on the other hand) I hadn't noticed this with other shoes. Anyway, I knocked a star off the "overall" score due to this.
