Zappos alone did an amazing job of helping with the shoes. I had a problem with size (I have very large feet so it was impossible to try a pair on in the store and Zappos' customer service is stellar. I will only be buying my shoes from Zappos now. The shoes themselves are very comfortable. They take a while to break-in and have little to no arch support, but the shoes are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. The colors look great as well. These are stellar shoes and paired with famous Zappos customer service. The purchase of these shoes was a great experience.

This is a comfortable shoe that looks very much like its photo and is of the same good quality of the exact same previous pair purchased 15 years before. Worn almost every day, it took that long to wear out! Slips on and off easily, doesn’t have to be tied--basically a great shoe. They don't need arch support.

Wow, these shoes look and feel amazing. I am flat footed and went with a normal size 13 and they fit kind of tight the first time on, then the very next time fit perfect and didn't stretch out. They go really well with 49er red, light blue, and yellow.

These are almost indestructible. My last pair lasted 20 years. It's true they have no arch support so I bought a steel and leather drop-in. It's still good, so I'll transfer it to the new pair.

These came quickly and in great shape. Larger size shoes are almost impossible to find in local stores; it's so much easier to order online to get just what you need.

These are great for leisure. I really like the low profile and light weight of the shoes. I needed something to wear with casual wear that were not athletic shoes. If you want casual shoes to wear out and about and not always have athletic shoes on then try these shoes out. Having the, in slim sizes was a good selling point. I have a B width foot so this is one of the few casual shoes sized for me.

Great shoes. The quality of the make is really good, with quality leather and good bindings. The soles are softer than the soles of Sebagos, which makes it easier to walk in them for long periods of time. They take about a week to break them in, so keep that in mind. I had a small blister develop at first, but after I used the shoes for a bit, they started to fit perfectly and I had no problems after the first few days. Finally, this particular color I bought (black/brown) is great for casual situations and the office. I can even wear them as business casual. All in all, great shoes.

Narrow and long sizes in man's shoes are difficult to find, especially in casual and sports styles. I was pleased to find Zappos had my narrow size in a Sperry Top-Sider style I wanted. They fit and look great. Thanks Zappos!

Great classic boat shoe. Take a little bit to break in, but then are comfortable forever. Fit very true to size.
