Because I have been wearing Top-Siders since 1971 or 1972, I can go on and on why I keep buying them, in the last decade from Zappos. Top-Siders are the ultimate comfort shoe, great summer shoe and weekend kickarounders. Zappos is a perfect fit for me: the service is great, and the shoes arrive so quickly that I have no need to use tracker to follow the progress of my purchase. Because I am a long-time repeat customer of Zappos, I never have tried to return any shoes, but I presume the returns part of their operations would work as well as the experience buying shoes. Zappos is a 5-star customer service operation, and deserves all the praise from us who are repeat customers.

I purchased these for my husband who is delighted with them. He wore them on vacation on and off the water. They needing no breaking in, were true to size with plenty of support. Excellent value and, as always, great Zappos service.

An excellent product, they seem to be well made. Comfortable and long lasting. No problem at all with this product.

First of all, Zappos' service is unparalleled. I will continue to do business with this company unless something drastically changes. As for the shoes, they are as comfortable as I remember them. I used to have this pair as a teen, but could not find it for a long time. They are great for any casual event as well as day to day activities. I ordered a half size up as my normal size was too small. I do not wear them with socks. The non-slip soles do wonders in the rain!

I have always had a pair or two of these in my closet since high school (20 years ago). It's a timeless classic that you can wear dressed up or dressed down. My most recent pair got ruined while staining my deck, so I got online and ordered a pair right away (actually less expensive than my local mall). Comfortable, breathable and an all around great shoe. No closet is complete without this great classic. Just remember, no socks when wearing shorts.

I have been a boater for over 50 years. This is the only boat shoe that will stand up to the repeated soakings that boating will dish out.

I have no idea where I heard of Zappos, but I had looked for several years to replace a navy pair of Top-Siders I had lost to an accident. I had not looked elsewhere on the internet until I was fussed at and when I looked I found that I had the best price anywhere on the internet. Have done very little internet shopping, but cannot think or believe anything or anyone could be more pleasant to do business with. This is not my first pair of Sperry Top-Siders I owned. My first experience with them was at a dock where I was boarding my boat and one of my top siders fell off. Would you believe, it floated! I was sold from that point forward. Zappos does a great job selling Top-Siders as well because they offer free shipping in both directions so there is no reason for me to purchase them anywhere else. These boating shoes run true to size and are skid resistant on wet surfaces. I can't say enough about them. Try them and see for yourself.

These Top-Siders are great! I have 3 pair now, and have had several before these. They are comfortable and seem to be very true to size.
