I wanted a new pair of dock siders for my trip to Chicago. I placed an order for these shoes on 6 August. The shoes were set to arrive on the 7th. I accidentally had it going to a friend's address in FL. I contacted the customer service department and they quickly canceled the shoes going to FL. A second pair was shipped to me in MD. The shoes arrived on the 8th just in time for my trip. Thank you Zappos for the wonderful customer service.

These are what a deck shoe should be. They look good and are well constructed. I've always had at least one pair in my closet for years. At the beach or on the back deck, the A/O is the go-to summer shoe.

These are great shoes! I retired and moved to the mountains; you guys had what I wanted and shipped it fast; I did not have to drive 60 miles; I have been wearing these shoes for quite a while. Whenever my latest pair wears out I buy another; if it is not broken do not fix it; my main thing is that I have never had heel/achilles issues with these without socks; no blisters or tenderness; a small thing perhaps but it matters to me; so I will slip the Topsiders on until I die... maybe even after.

Purchased these for my husband (the second of two pairs that I ordered). He loves these shoes! The fit was perfect (9-1/2 wide) and they are so comfortable! I ordered on a Monday and received them on Wednesday of the same week! Service is fantastic!

I needed to order 3 pairs...I normally wear an 11 E ...they came and would not go on my foot. So I returned them and received a 12 and 13 EE. The 12EE fit perfect...nice shoe. Great service. I tried to purchase shoes locally. We have Sears, Pennys, all the big names and not one will have the shoe I want, it happens all the time. Then the sales person usually does not have a clue when you go there. Thanks Zappos!

Awesome shoes. I bought them for my husband and he wears them all the time, even to work. True to size, he wears 9 and a 9 was perfect.

I've had these shoes for a couple weeks now and love them. I've worn them to work, to church, to summer BBQs...even to do work in the backyard. I'll put these on before putting on flip flops, they're that comfortable.

These shoes are great. The slip right on and feel extremely comfortable. They breathe well and are wonderful for the summer.

I live in the country, and wanted something I could slip into (no hassle, like a moccasin), with a nice gripping sole, but not so aggressively soled that they would track in everything I had walked through. These worked perfectly! I also have narrow feet, and these came in a narrow enough width to not be sloppy. And they're stylish!

Shoe looks great! I ordered a 11 E and it seemed more like a 10 D. Suggest you order a size bigger and wider.

What can you say about the topsider that hasn't been said a million times before? It is the classic American dress-casual shoe. It looks killer with jeans, or with chinos. Should probably go barefoot, but they even look nice in the fall with some dress socks. Every gentleman should have at least one pair of these in his closet at all times. no question.

Size is everything. I have wide feet, and Sperry (and Zappos) have the options. I was able to try a couple of close possibilities and found what I needed. The shoes, of course, are of legendary quality.

Received just what I ordered in good shape and sooner than I expected. I'll keep on ordering here.

Knew what type of shoe I wanted and then started running around to stores looking for exactly what I had in mind. What a waste of time and gas! A friend told me about Zappos so I went home and tried it. Had exactly the shoes I wanted in TWO DAYS! Great service. I will absolutely use this company again.
