Errors at the warehouse and got the wrong pair of shoes. Completely disappointing

After about 1 1/2 months the bottoms completely came unglued boots are now unusable. Now I'm stuck with brand new boots that I can't wear. I wish I could get them replaced.

Maybe the boot is good but it's been almost a month and still haven't received them! When purchased I was told it would her here before Christmas. Nope how bout New Years nope and now the say we had shipment problems. Idk but Georgia boot is a good boot but the customer service is awful if I would have known I would have bought from a third party instead of being lied to right from Georgia boot.

I bought this shoes but they hurt my heels, are very heavy, and expensive.
