Giorgio Brutini's 654441 - Excellent looking shoe, which I plan to wear with my tuxedo. It is great to have someone that carries my size in a men's shoe and at a great price. Thanks!

Giorgio Brutini 654441 Evaluation - I am completely satisfied in all aspects of this product - price, shipping, quality, size, comfort, appearance, etc. I would buy more shoes from you in the future.

Don't Mess with Success - This is the 4th pair of Brutini shoes I have purchased. I wore this style for my wedding. They are understated and elegant. I will continue to own this brand. Very comfortable.

First Brutini, First Zappos order - 3 E shoes are not available in La Quinta, repeat, not available in La Quinta, so I had to go to L.A. or San Diego to get my shoes. Now there's Zappos--I can not believe the selection of 3 E shoes available. The Brutini shoes fit perfectly, they are comfortable, stylish and I must say, they look very good with my Tuxedo.

Great Looking Shoe - My size 81/2D fit true to size. A little stiff at first to break in. But you should not expect calf skin from an economical shoe. Overall I was so pleased with the shoe that I bought another pair.

Watch out for the heel - This a great looking shoe, however the leather is not anywhere near soft or supple. The end result is a very stiff first time wear. The result was abrasions on the backs of my heels. The second time I wore them I had to put Band-Aids on my heels to absorb the abrasion. If I hadn't worn them out, I would probably return them.

Good shoe - Great look, Great Value. A little uncomfortable at first, it took a while to break in, but that’s to be a expected for the low price. They look awesome though.

They look mahhvelous - A good looking shoe, a real value for the price. I wore these to my wedding & danced the nite away. They flex a little funny due to the long toe cap, but still pretty comfortable. They have that "Italian" look, and the ladies do notice.

Brutini 65444 - Usual excellent service from Zappos. Look was exactly as represented in the pictures. Upon first wearing, sole was extremely slippery on almost all surfaces. Guess it needs to get scratched up a little. I bought 1/2 size bigger based on previous owner's comments, and the shoe feels about 1/2 size too big. If you have small feet like me (6 1/2-7) suggest ordering shoe true to size. Maybe things are different in the larger sizes.

Not a bad pair of classic dress shoes. For the price, it does not get better than this. These shoes look great with a suit or with a cool pair of jeans. A classic look for a decent price. The two things I've noticed (which I hope eventually will disappear) are: They make a LOT of heavy footstep sounds on the asphalt! You can practically tap dance in these without having to accessorize them for tapping session. The second thing I noticed is that, although the size is right, the leather is too tight which I hope will eventually stretch.

Great Look, just prepare for pain - I'll keep it simple, your better off buying a bit bigger than your usual size.

Great classic for interviews on a budget - I was looking for "the interview shoe" and this plain cap-toe balmoral by Giorgio Brutini "fit the bill". The cheapest similar alternatives were Florsheim’s and Johnston & Murphy's at close to twice the price and more. The shoes that actually fit me the best were Santorini's in the same style, but at over $450, were way over my budget. I also tried on Allen Edmonds and Bruno Magli's, but the sides would hit my ankle bones. After reading all 45 previous reviews on here, I decided to take the plunge and save some money by buying the GB's. I was pleasantly surprised when I first opened the box. The GB's were not as "patent" as I had expected, which was a big plus as I had planned on dulling them down with polish if they were too shiny. On closer inspection, the leather was pretty thin as described by previous reviewers. The right shoe was virtually perfect, but the left had a crinkle texture right on the tip of the cap-toe. I was also dismayed by the cheap nylon shoestrings. I ordered a half-size larger based on the recommendations and I'm glad I did. I am regularly an 8.5 D but ordered 9 D's, which fit perfectly. When I first slipped them on, it wasn't pure heaven like slipping on the Santorini's, but they were reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, I was distracted by the yellow-tan leather of the lining contrasting with my black dress-socks. When walking on hardwood floors, they were VERY clickety-clackity loud. After several hours, it felt like I was starting to develop a blister on my left heel, so I took them off. In conclusion, although I have a lot of nit-picks about this shoe, I'm very happy with the purchase. At just over $50 bucks shipped, you can't beat it for the looks if you are going to use this shoe on rare occasions. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". If I get the job after this interview, I'll invest in some Santorini's for the long run.

Order half size larger - Great look out of the box. Shoe is at least 1/2 size smaller than indicated but width appears to be true. If you want a pair of shoes that look like they cost a lot more then order these, but order at least 1/2 size larger.

Inexpensive shoe - I have not had a chance to wear them much, I bought three pair of dress shoes. Have worn GB's many times in the past and find them to be a good shoe for the price.

Tight fit- A black cap toe shoe is the staple of the business world, so I was looking for a cheap pair to beat up when the weather isn't so agreeable. They are a good looking pair of shoes, albeit the patent leather is a touch too shiny for my tastes. Although it says "handmade" on the sole, the sole is not stitched to the upper. It has a faux welt and appears to be cemented together, but what do expect for the price? The shoes are very tight. I have Giorgio Brutini cap toe shoes made of kidskin, and these feel a full size smaller. The right shoe is fairly comfortable. However, the left shoe breaks in an awkward manner and cuts into the top of my foot, making for a very painful stride. The leather upper is very stiff, and is beginning to crease on the cap. Ordering the shoes in a larger size might alleviate some of these problems.

Rating GB Shoe - Too hard inside, however is a trade-off because of my limitations finding shoes my size M6.5. Thank you

These shoes look really great in the picture, but the reality is somewhat less attractive. I like the overall "look" of the shoes and the shiny brush-off leather, but the fit is terrible, and the thin, cheaply-made uppers make the shoe look nowhere near as good on your foot as in the picture. I normally wear a 10 D. Tried a 10D, way too tight (narrow). Tried a 10EEE, way too loose. Tried a 10 1/2 D, width was okay, but too long. Sent them all back.

Tight - Look great but the 6EEE is a small shoe and requires a shoe tree to get it to size.

Painful - Got the shoes and they looked great at first glance, but as soon as I put them on they hurt. I chalked it up to being a new pair and that they would be fine once broken in. I was wrong and two weeks of wearing them I had blisters on my heels and cuts on the top of my feet where the cap meets the upper.
