Excellent shoe. I purchased it for a wedding and it has been an excellent purchase. There are a few quirks with these pair of shoes. The first issue was that it was incredibly difficult to put on the first few times. Getting my foot into the shoe was a chore (the opening is a bit tight). It took about 3-5 uses over a week before the leather stretched and made getting them on manageable. Once in, however, the shoe fit perfectly and was comfortable to wear. My only other issue was that stylistically, the shoe isn't perfectly even. The cap toe and the laces actually stick out a bit. The shoe looks great but it's a bit deceiving if not looking closely to the shoe. Overall, a great, great shoe and an excellent option for people who want a real leather dress shoe at a non-premium price.

Great looking shoes! So nice to finally find some plain oxfords with a smooth styling. Everyone else seems to be producing big, fat ugly oxfords with thick soles that stick out a mile all around, or those horrible square "spatula" toes I hope go the way of the mastodon pretty soon. For sleek, classic Italian styling, you have to shop hard and pay 10 times more than the Georgio Brutini price. These shoes fit well, look swell, and are so reasonably priced that I ordered a second pair.

I purchased these shoes to be worn with my tuxedo at my wedding because my wife and I danced a waltz as our first song and a Rumba as our parent/child/family dance. The very first time I wore them to dance practice they gave me a blister but other than that, these have been the best dress shoes I have ever owned. After a short breaking-in the leather conformed to my foot very comfortably and they were a pleasure to dance in. They looked classy with the tuxedo and I have worn them with regular slacks to great effect as well. I love the sole of these shoes because it offers good protection and support but remains very flexible, all while being nearly invisible under the edges of the shoe. I have always hated how men's dress shoes' soles protrude a full quarter inch beyond the foot because it makes walking (not to mention dancing) a little clunky. When I have to replace these shoes eventually, I would probably pay more for them the second time around. For the price, they are the best men's dress shoe that I am aware of.

Lightweight, stylish, soft, well made, and all at an excellent price! What else could you ask for in a man's shoe? I will buy another pair in the future.

I bought these shoes to go with a tux and when I put on a tux I usually go dancing, comfortable shoes with leather soles are a must. These fill the bill perfectly for a great price.

These shoes are fabulous. So stylish and comfortable. I wear these on a regular basis and every day for a week while on vacation in Berlin. Walked everywhere, they held together (not sure what others are talking about re: shoddy construction) and didn't hurt. And I looked great!

Brutini - Nice looking at a good price. Soles very slippery so scuffing them before walking is recommended. Do not seem like they will hold up under regular use so use as special occasion shoe. I found them comfortable for walking, but not prolonged standing.

Great value - Very nice sleek shoe. The leather is soft and comfortable. These look like $300 shoes. I'd buy another pair if they were available in my size.

Argentine Tango Shoe - I have spent hours searching for a dance shoe for Argentine Tango. These shoes seem to be perfect! They are street shoes trying to be dance shoes! Ballroom dance shoes are not adequately stable. I even own a pair of shoes custom made in Argentina, but these are better. Order your shoes 1/2 size smaller and wear thin socks. They will be tight at first, but should result in good support for dancing.

First adult dress shoes -- purchased for my son - I purchased these shoes for my teenage son. These are his first adult sized dress shoes. When they arrived I checked them out carefully. They seem to be very well made shoes. My son said they are very comfortable, and nice looking shoes - just a little slippery at first. I was very happy with the service I received from ZAPPOS.com. They were able to get these shoes delivered next day. I had a bad experience with another vendor which did not inform me that my order had been cancelled. When I called to find out what happened to the order they advised that the order had been cancelled. So, I tried ZAPPOS.com and they were able to get the shoes to me in time for our Christmas party. Very Pleased - Great shoe at a great price. After buying my second pair in black, I bought a third pair in brown. Works with "Business Casual" to Formal. I wear a 13D, so it's nice to find a shoe I like that doesn't make my feet look even bigger.

Winner! With hubby's size 14EEE feet---usually the shoes that are made for this size are UGLY. However, this shoe was so attractive and so classy, I couldn't help but continue the compliment his shoes all night.

Great Shoes - If you're looking for a pair of shoes that are just perfect for casual, everyday office wear, I recommend these shoes. They're formal enough with just a hint of dressy-ness that they fit well with the office. I love these shoes so far b/c for their price and overall comfort, you just can't beat them. They polish super easy and break in super fast as well. Great buy.

These shoes fit well and felt completely comfortable from the first second I put them on until I took them off. In fact, I danced for hours in them that first night and they felt like I had owned them for years. They are very good looking, soft, and light.

Fits hard to fit feet - I have an EEE or EEEE foot with a high instep. Due to fitting problems I have not purchased a shoe at a local retail store for over 10 years. I had to break-in the left shoe's left heel side with a small coke bottle by rubbing on it from the inside. After a couple days of wearing the shoe, it has become extremely comfortable. (Remember this was a EEE shoe and sometimes I require a EEEE shoe.) I love the shoes.

Awesome - These shoes fit like a glove the second I put them on. They felt true to size and are very comfortable. I love the look and the price was right, too.

They fit like they were made for my foot. I have wide almost flat feet. I call them Flintstone feet. Because of this I have a hard time finding shoes. Besides most department store shoes are not that attractive. I wear a size 10 EEE, but usually get shoes that are size 11 or 11 ½ because wide sizes are rare. When I received the Giorgio Brutini’s and put them on they fit perfectly. I have not been in a size 10 in 20 years. Thank you for making my feet feel great.

I love these shoes - I was looking for a sleeker cas/dress oxford shoe that didn’t have those bulky soles that stick out half an inch all around and I came upon these. They're the most comfortable shoes I own, including my sneakers. I love these shoes and I recently purchased the black pair too.
