My wife bought these for me for my Birthday and took then with to wear for the first time during our Christmas Cruise Vacation to the Caribbean. I love the look and style of this well-made boot! Looks awesome with dress pants or jeans! I get lots of admiring stares and compliments all the time whenever I wear them. However, best of all, is the fact this was my first experience with Zappos. I must tell you, I have never been so impressed as I have with Zappos customer service! They are by far the best customer service I have every experienced! They should be the model for all other companies to follow. No matter what they ever decide to change; never ever change your customer service policies! I have now become a fan and loyal customer of Zappos. I have already created my wish list and plan to order much more. I told my wife that if she ever wants to buy me anything more for my future birthdays, other holidays or occasions; that she buys from Zappos for me from my wish list ;-). She too has become a loyal customer as well. Thank you, Zappos! I love your site, prices and quality selections, but most of all your customer service!

These are the coolest men's ankle boots on the planet. They feel great and look great and exude in you a knowledge of style ... with an edge. Two days after I got my black pair I ordered the taupe. Here's a shoe people notice and compliment. The toe is just right and the heel is also just right. Not too high or low. The toe is just rounded enough. Not too pointy looking, which is okay for some boots. In a nutshell, for me, these boots are perfectly designed.

I was so happy to get these gorgeous shoes. I was looking for a cuban heel boot and found this Giorgio Brutini on Zappo's. Other reviewers said it ran small; I wear a size 8. I figured a 7 with a thick sock would work. It didn't. I even tried two thick socks but it was too much. I stopped trying to be Goldilocks when I couldn't make it work. I need a size 6 but looks like they don't have it, or will have it in stock. Shoot!!

This is it, I bought this shoe from Zappos and it's simply fantastic. The price was good and the fit is superb. I love it. I saw similar shoe in other websites at double the price. I've shown this shoe to many friends and they now shop in Zappos. I've bought 2 more shoes from Zappos since then. Great place to buy shoes at unbelievable price.

I've worn these three times now. The first time, I had to wear with very thin socks, the last two times, I've been able to wear thicker socks as I prefer. It seems like they take a little break in period. They look sharp and much more expensive. I base that on comments from others. I only use these on days off when we go out, so they fit my needs very well, and at an awesome price. The exterior is very slick, so they can be cumbersome getting off. I wore them last night on snow and they did not slip, so the sole is fine.

Good looking shoe. I really like them. Not crazy about the rubber sole and if I can't get use to that, I'll have it changed. Thats how much I like the style.

I like the looks of this shoe, easy on, easy off. I order my size but a little tight so if you order it, order a size bigger unless you got narrow feet.

I ordered this pair of boots in a half size larger than I normally use however they were a little larger than what I needed. I called the company and immediately they shipped me the right size, free of charge and when they received the pair I returned, they gave me credit. I thought this was wonderful. The boots are very sharp looking, felt and looked wonderful with a black suit. Thank you for such good service and a cool product.

First off let me say that Zappos service is great! First pair of these shoes felt a bit tight, returned for a half size larger. Transaction went smooth. New pair look and feel great.

I ordered this pair of boots and was really pleased with them, however I had ordered a half size larger than what I wear since I usually have trouble with boots. They fit a bit loose and did not have a complete leather sole as indicated in the description. Other than that they are a really good buy. I will return them and get a smaller size. I would recommend this pair of shoes. Good buy, thanks.

These are great boots. The only thing I would say is that the first time you put them on they can feel like high heels even though you get used to that feeling.

The boots are really nice and arrived very fast. They run a half size big and a little narrow at the toe. Allin all they are a good deal and what I expected so I am happy, happy, happy.

Heel slipped every time I walked

I tried a few sizes, but my heel always slipped when I walked

I initially ordered a half-size larger than my true size; I found the toe fit fine, but the shoes were quite loose in the heel and ankle. I wanted to try a half size down but these were not in stock, so I ordered a full size down. These were far too tight in the toes, even with thin socks, and the heel/ankle fit was still just a little loose. I understand now why half of the review have these either under OR over size; there's that much variance toe to heel.

These shoes look great for about six months, after that the leather between the scales starts fading around the heel, and the snakeskin has started cracking open. These shoes also do not hold your feet very well, and the back of them do not cup the heel of your foot at all, I cannot even walk I these without my heel slipping and completely coming off of the insole.

While these boots are beautiful, I had to change once as the size did not run true. The second pair is too narrow and I am unable to wear them at all. I don't have the nerve to return them again.

The heel slipped when walking

They were okay except for the fact that the toe area of both boots was flaking. They had a nice fit, but the flaking and peeling was not a good thing.
