Fit excellent

2021 April, just ordered the Manchester and the Griffin at the same time. The Manchester fit pretty much like the rest of the lineup, with that new sole. Sizing is similar to the Emerica brand. True to length, and more narrow then the wider fit Lakai used to be back in the day. (the Griffin fit was a little wider and seemed a tad shorter in the toe.) These do not fit like the super small & narrow nike/new balance stuff, and more like the classic sk8 fit that's been narrowed, if that makes any sense. Overall, great looking and feeling shoe. Strong construction.

Comfortable with good sole grip.

This is my son's 5th pair of this style. He's a long boarder and swears by them. Very satisfied with this shoe.

Good stuff. I love the look and fit of Lakais, and these are no different. The picture is pretty accurate, the shoes are vibrant but still a nice plum-ish. The laces are a bit long, and the shoe might be a bit narrow if you have wider feet, but size 12 fit me perfectly where other brands are hit or miss.

If you like a low key, basic, no frills skate shoe, the Manchester is where it's at. These shoes lasted a long time. They have a nice shape. Do I need to even mention the bubble gum sole? In a world of over the top color ways and special editions that aren't so special, Lakai has given us a breath of fresh air and a durable fresh sneaker in which to get our skate on.

Manchester... sooo sick - I just got these.... after they stopped making em and I have to say these are THE best shoes I have ever had. I definitely wish they would make more. I got the Sneaux Dominions.

best skate shoes ever - these shoes are super good, great feel to 'em, some people think theyre too grippy but i love that, the board just sticks to your feet. sooo get a pair , im sure you'll love em too!

Manchester baby - These are my favorite skate shoes and I’m gonna get ‘em again in like two months, the only thing that’s kinda bad about them is that they kinda hurt your feet when you do stuff down stairs, but I would definitely recommend them.

Great - I really liked these shoes. The best feel of any shoe out there. The only thing that was bad was that it hurts a lot if your board hits you on the foot, because these shoes are very thin. But they lasted longer than I thought they would.

Buy the shoes, they’re so nice! I’m not even kidding these are the skateboarding shoes of my choice. I jump down 12 and 13 stairs with them and they don’t hurt. They look nice, they don’t rip and the sole and rubber don’t wear down fast. I like how it has a small tongue and the movement of the shoes is awesome. You can feel your board and still have that heel support; you don’t not need to break them in to be able to skate. They come flexible and able to skate right away with the no stitching line on the small toe. It does not rip and after a few days you know when you have those black shoes, they don’t look all frayed like the black turns white. Nope, if I were you I would buy them. This place is the best. I love you Zappos. I’m buying all my shoes from here on.

Excellent shoe - This pair of shoes shipped within 3 days of my order and are an excellent addition to my collection of foot-wear. They actually looked cooler and better out of the box than they did on the website. The only thing I have noticed is they have taken a little while to break-in, and were slightly narrow for the size. Otherwise it is a great pair of shoes and I highly recommend them.

It's a good shoe - I think its a great shoe, the pros on lakai love it. I see them in lots of magazine ads and I thought to myself, man, I have to get a pair.
