I love ordering from Zappos. The customer service is awesome. My shoes were delivered when they were supposed to be and I love them!

I absolutely love my chucks! It says to order a half size down which is a 7 for me so I ordered the Men's 3 women's 7 and they fit perfect. Gotta love a classic!

So so SO happy with my order and experience! I had accidentally ordered one size too small for my boyfriend. I called to ask if I could change it and they said it was already shipping it, so I could send them back free of charge. BUT. The amazing thing was that they actually ended up stopping the order and getting it back to them without me having to do a thing! I had went ahead and ordered the new size right after I realized my mistake, and it came in the mail the next day right on schedule! I absolutely love Zappos and their customer service people. They're so kind and are genuinely interested in whatever you have to say. Both ladies I talked to were very polite and helpful. I rate them a 6 out of 5. :)

I first had some Chuck Taylor high tops in college. Why, oh why, did I wait 30 years to get another pair? Love these shoes! Although they looked long, when I put them on, they were perfect. They are narrow but they've always been. I wear them at work (I work in a warehouse) and they are great when I can't wear a pair of sandals.

People have stopped me on the street to ask me where did I get my shoes, specifically the color! The only downside, which I knew going into this shoe, is no support. I added my favorite insert - and presto - instant comfort.

Love these shoes -- they're comfortable, and look great with jeans. Had no clear idea what color "collard" was when I ordered them (somehow "collard greens" never occurred to me) -- but I'm pleased with it. It's surprisingly versatile color.

Love these shoes I have them in 4 different colors would live more bright colors I feel like I am in high school again and are so comfortable had to get half size larger.

I bought these for powerlifting. They are perfect. Re: sizes, I am women's 8.5 (sometimes buy 9 for running shoes, as have rather wide feet), the men's 6.5/women's 8.5 is spacious and comfortable (I would go down rather than up if I were adjusting).

Reviews say to go a half size down, I had to go a whole size down. I typically wear a 9.5 in Womens unless they're closed toe pumps. I ended up going with a 8.5 Womens. They are super comfortable - broke them in for two days only before a 2 day theme park trip. I was leaning toward the white pair that almost every girl has right now, and I'm happy I got these instead. Unique and can pair with tons of stuff!

I LOVE these! I got them in Periwinkle and they are the perfect shade of purple. The reviews said they run a bit big, I'm a size 9 and I got the 8.5 (women's), and they fit perfectly.

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter. She loves them! Wears them all the time and says they are very comfortable. They grey color is very versatile.

Good fit to size (9, flat foot). Not a lot of support, but most importantly, looks amazingly cool. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my hot pink shoes!

I'm here to talk about the above and beyond customer service! I thought these were slip-ons. Some slip-on gym shoes have the laces and that's what I thought they were. I was really bummed because I couldn't afford anything beyond my budget. My previous gym shoes were ruined in an accident and I had nothing. Being out of work for four months made an expensive replacement shoe not an option. After finding out these weren't slip ons (and getting them the next day after ordering!) I told the girl I could not afford the slip on style (same shoe). She said I could keep the originals and she's going to ship next day slip ons! I was so happy I started crying! What kind of business these days does that? Zappos, I love you. When I do get another job I'll be back - VIP customer for life!

My son thinks these are at least a half size too big from the last time he bought a pair of these -- maybe 3 years ago? His first pair, maybe 8 years ago, was a size 10.5. His next pair was a 10, and this time he's had to go down to a 9.5. He's only 24 years old so I doubt it's his feet that are changing sizes...

These are my first pair of Converse. I have wanted to try them for a while but never thought they would work as I have a bad back and bad feet with hammertoes, am at an age where the absence of a super thick padding generally means pain and sore feet. I always wear a size 9.5 to avoid any issues with friction against my pinky toes. Also it's been a long time since I wore any sneaker or shoe with a back that didn't dip down to avoid hitting my achilles tendon. So I decided to take a chance after reading all the reviews. I ordered a half size down. I tried them out cautiously on my treadmill. After walking a mile, no rubbing against my pinky toes or achilles heel, and no soreness in my feet which I'd usually get with a sneaker that isn't well padded. I did add some mini-insoles meant for sandals into these to add extra cushion and they still fit perfectly. Love the lavender color and thinking of ordering a second pair in the pink color. Great style and so comfortable thus far. Recommend for any woman of any age. :)

Love my Chucks! I've worn Chucks for years, and these are just as fun and functional as every other pair I've owned. In other brands of shoes, I typically wear a women's size 8.5, but in Chucks I've always worn an 8 (W8, M6). These are no different. They fit me perfectly. Great shoes.

My 11 year old daughter loved the shoes and the color. I've mentioned Zappos to all my friends based on the prompt attention of service and high quality.

I love these! I get so many compliments on the color (green). I am a half size and they didn't have my size so I ordered up. They are a little big, I might have been able to order down, but I was too excited to wear them.

I love Converse all stars! They are a little narrow for the average foot but they make it up in being large for their intended size. I got the light purple ones and they are great.

This is my 10th pair of Converse! My 3rd pair from Zappos! I love these purple Converse; they are so fun for spring & I ordered the mint green ones too! I bought these for weight lifting. I needed flat soled shoes and bought the bright green ones. They are a little large which would be a problem if I planned on wearing them more than 4 hours a week, but I don't. I wear thicker socks anyway so it's not a big deal. Since there's no support, they're not as comfortable as other sneakers. Otherwise, really like them.

Love these shoes! Definitely runs large, I wear a size 10.5-11 with very narrow feet and I fit into a 10 maybe even 9.5 in these shoes. Beautiful, rich color hasn't faded and is barely wore and I've had them for about 7 months! Great for kids and young adults.

Ordered these through the Zappos app on my phone - easy as pie! The shoes themselves are great and fit true to size. My daughter loves them.
