I ordered a W9 and the shoe I was sent is actaully a W8. The bag the shoe was in says W9 but this is not the case. Zappos put the wrong shoe in the bag.

The plasticky vbumps on the entire inner sole of these Crocs feels really awful on my feet - even with socks I could feel the plastic pebbles digging into my feet- I can only wear lined Crocs which are not on my radar- wish Zappo’s would carry them

I ordered the Classic Clog, in the Latte color; women's size 7 (my most common size). They are a perfect fit, without exchanges. I can feel a moderate amount of arch support, as I step down, in the shoes. When I've worn Crocs, I'm reminded of how light-weight they feel! I purchased these shoes for my errands, that I do, walking. I'm seeking a comfortable shoe that's easy to clean, if needed. I chose the Latte color to match with various outfits and, generally, blend-in (rather than standout). I'm happy with my purchase!

The strap broke off after only three months of wearing. I only wear them inside the house, so there was no undue stress on them. I'm a long-time wearer of Crocs and usually a pair will last a year or more. Very disappointed.

Extremely comfortable! Love the Dark Iris color.
