I used their sizing tool, it's total garbage. It said order size 11, I ordered size 12 since I normally wear 12.5 or 13. The 12's were too small. If you're going to suggest a custom sizing tool specific for your product, it sure as heck better be accurate. Clogs themselves were too tight across my foot, and a little short. Need bigger and wider sizes.

Product came as described

I ordered my first pair of Crocs from their official online store. After carefully measuring my foot and selecting a size according to the site's chart, I received a pair that was way too big. According to Crocs customer service, I could return the shoes without being reimbursed me for the initial shipping cost. They suggested that I go to my nearest Crocs store to try to exchange for another pair that fit. I went into a store, and with the help of a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, found a pair that fit. It was the same color, style, and marked the same size as the pair I purchased online, but they were not the same size. I am happy with my new pair, but I am not happy that I had to go all the way to a store to correct a manufacturing mistake.
