I have not used the product because it is too large. Is it too late to return them?

Much too large & wide ,tried to return them via computer , too difficult, gave them away ,will not purchase on line again.

I ordered a size 12, and It was if the size was 2 sizes too big compared to my other size 12 crocs. I went to the store to exchange them, the had no size 12 and no employees tried to help me find a pair, they were all standing around talking. I looked online to order a size down in hopes that they'd fit, and they were sold out.

I really like the crocs! I've always been a slides person but these are actually nice and I'm glad I decided to get a pair.

My kids and grandkids were all wearing crocs, so I bought a pair. I love them! With all the little bumps inside, it feels like I am getting a foot massage, as I walk. It's like walking on a cloud. A comfortable, cushy, foot massaging cloud.
