Product is fine but then you get these annoying survey requests

These are my first crocs ever, I love them! I am normally a size women 10 but got a women 12 and fit great!

I've been buying Crocs since they were made in Boulder, Colorado. Bought my first pair there. I feel like they are amazing and I've many styles. The only thing I can't say is perfect is the firmness of them. They're so hard now that the nubs in the bottom of the shoe hurts my feet. They used to be made of a much softer and more comfortable material.

I love these Crocs they're comfortable, my feet don't sweat in em, very light weight, and I can get em wet when I'm around water. But they are loose on my feet because I have small narrow feet and the Crocs are kind of wide but these issues weren't bad enough to keep me from buying I actually have a second pair that are camo

Good product but shipping too very long

You have asked me to review a product I have not yet received. Your customer service is non-existent and your wait-time-from-order is worse than ridiculous. Have tried to cancel this order many times due to the delays and you have not complied. I would never purchase anything from your website again.
