Very disappointed. The slippers were very comfortable initially but after only a few weeks the trim in and ankle/achilles area came loose. The loose trim gets twisted and rides in and out of the shoe. Very annoying.

Bought these for my son for Christmas. I ordered then one day & they arrived to our farm the next day! All I can say about your delivery is that it's fantastically fast. The slippers fit him well and they are warm and don't slip on the floors. Thank you! It is hard to find size 15 in any store, so thanks for your website.

Simply the finest pair of slippers I have owned, well made and durable. I'm a very big guy and these have held up under the weight perfectly. Sure would buy again!

These are excellent slippers, my husband wears them every evening for several hours after work and they need to be replaced once a year (due to some internal wear) the outside still looks fine. They wash well in the washing machine (air dry).

Great shoe at a great price! Very warm and comfortable...but the really amazing part of my experience was with customer service. When the package came it was marked correctly, but had the wrong pair of shoes in it. When I contacted Zappos they went above and beyond what was expected to make the situation right.

Overall, sizing, size, and arch were appropriate. Shipping was great and the slippers were double boxed which is far more important than it used to be. I have lost more than one item to damage, and more than that as the product inside was brightly printed on the product's box which was not double boxed. Bottom line, great shoes at a great price. Free shipping (both ways if needed). Mine will not be going back. They arrived in a timely manner. This is a first purchase from Zappos.com, but will not be the last.

Nice slipper. Fits well and actually has a left and right slipper. Keeps feet warm without being too hot or heavy. Would buy again.

I ordered this slippers for my husband and he is very happy wearing them; he says they are very comfortable and nice looking. His normal size is 11.5 www, but in this style I ordered 12 and fit perfectly with socks, they are very cozy too.

These slippers are extremely comfortable and keep my feet warm but not too warm in summer. They seem fairly sturdy. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered these shoes for my husband who is having horrendous foot-swelling problems and needed something not just his ordinarily big size (13 EEE) but huge. Thanks to Zappos' incredible return policy, I ordered 8 or 9 pair or shoes, and these are the ones that did the trick. They are soft and comfortable and made him more comfortable. They probably wouldn't stand up to much outdoor wear, but he is disabled and doesn't go outside much, so they're fine for him.

These are made well and extremely comfortable. Support feels more like a shoe than a slipper. Great Product!

Excellent slipper. Very comfortable and durable enough to walk outside to get the paper if needed. A little smaller than I would like so I had to return for a full size larger than I normally wear for shoes. There is a lot of "debris" from the interior that you may find around the house on occasion, but an excellent slipper that I would recommend to a friend.

Narrow. I have a wide foot, and ordered the 3E version, and up a size from my regular shoe size. Not quite wide enough up front -- but my heel is swimming and falling out so up a size clearly will not work. The Klondike is definitely roomier than the "Atlin" moc from the same brand, so if your feet are only moderately wide this should work. If you need a slipper with serious forefoot room this ain't it.

These run narrow. Even the EEE width was uncomfortable. They were not as flexible as I would have liked.

Good quality slipper! I didn't want to spend a lot of money yet I wanted better than what's available at Walmart. I saw this on sale and have been very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for my husband to replace an identical pair that he's finally worn out after 5 years of constant use. He's very happy with them and I'm happy to see him in some less worn-looking slippers.

I buy a new pair of slippers every year. This year I decided on the L.B. Klondikes. So far so good! They are comfortable in the house and have a solid sole for walking outside and grabbing the newspaper.

My husband wears a size 18 (yes, 18...not a misprint) and wanted a comfy pair of slippers. He's very rough on clothes and shoes and given how hard it is to find his size (pre Zappos at least), he has usually only had about 2 pairs of shoes at any one time. These met his comfort requirements and are still hanging in there 7 months later.
