These slippers are labeled EEE, but they are not wide enough. (Previous pair purchased in 2010 was excellent width, labeled 12-EEE.) Can't find wide width slippers!

Fairy tale sizing! I'm guessing this would be a comfortable shoe if the size were right. I tried the "EEE" and, although I don't have an extremely wide foot (I can sometimes wear a D), these were excruciatingly narrow. They looked to be well built and nicely lined.

Perfect slipper for the man of the house! My husband loves them. Great quality and very, very comfortable.

Very comfortable and fairly durable. They last about 2 years for my use, which is whenever I am in the house.

These are a winner! These slippers were purchased as a gift. My husband really likes them. We were very pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They fit well, are comfortable and very nice looking!

Nice, comfy slippers - Got these to replace some slippers I'd actually worn through the soles on. I've worn these for a couple of days now and am loving them. The lining is nice and fluffy and the slippers are reasonably warm (not too hot, not too cold). There's a lot of padding in the insoles - far more than my last slippers - and it gives me some nice bounce in my step. I bought a full size larger because of the thickness of the lining and I have a little extra wiggle room, which makes it easier to get the slippers on and off (I don't like tight slippers). I'd recommend ordering a half size larger unless you really like your slippers to be snug.

Nicely made, but too snug - Very well made, but sizing is smaller than expected. My father wears a size 11 1/2 wide shoe, and these size 12 wide slippers were much too tight. He was too uncomfortable to wear them to see if they would stretch. Unfortunately we had to return them.

I bought these for my husband who loves them. He can easily slip them off and on (which is not easy for him as he's disabled). Very comfortable!

I've owned these shoes for a couple of years now and they are still extremely comfortable and are holding up very well. These are without a doubt the best slippers I've ever owned.

Size was just right as was width. These are very comfortable slippers, and keep your feet quite warm on those cold winter mornings.

These slippers are well built with good materials, but were too hot for my feet for warm weather use. They would be perfect for winter use.

My husband just loves these slippers. He not only wears them in the house, but also to take the dog for a walk, and his been caught forgetting to change into regular shoes to go out shopping, etc. He says they are the most comfortable slippers/shoes he has ever worn. I ordered this pair to replace the last pair of Kondike's that he wore out. A day later I received an email that they were back in stock in another color, so went ahead and ordered a second pair immediately. So, now he has a pair to wear and a spare. I recommend them highly!

This is the second time I have ordered these slippers. They are very comfortable to wear around the house as well as sturdy enough to wear outside to get the newspaper in the morning or to fetch in our beagle so that he doesn’t wake up the neighborhood.

Great Shoe - Love this shoe so far. It is extremely comfortable and has a great look about it. I have to remember to take them off when I go outside because they are so comfortable. I literally want to wear them everywhere. Great shoe and I can say that this was money well spent.

It is a VERY snug fit. Hopefully I can break these in. I wear a women’s 5, and I got the size 3. I wonder if the 4 would have been a better fit, but it may be too loose for me since the size 5 is exactly my size. But these are still so cute & I can’t wait for my feet to enjoy them!

Nice, but tight. We ordered the extra-wide size, and it was still a little narrow across the vamp. They're nice slippers but we had to return them.

Great company - I am extremely satisfied with Zappos.com. I ordered slippers for one of my boyfriends Christmas gifts on the phone and the guy I spoke to was an absolute sweetheart. Explained everything to me in a very polite manner. I got the slippers a day later. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit, but returning/exchanging the shoes was so extremely easy. You can return the shoes with just a few clicks on the computer and the return shipping is free! However, I didn’t want to return just exchange so I called Zappos.com and once again, they were a pleasure to talk to and they gave me all of my options. They informed me the size I wanted wasn't in stock and that I can be on their notification list and I will be e-mailed when my size comes in and that I can keep the slippers I have right now until I get the new ones. They did e-mail me when my size was in, I called, and they sent me the new size which I received 2 days later (then I returned the original slippers). I was so impressed with Zappos.com that I will without-a-doubt, use them again if needed.

Nice comfortable support - I purchased this slipper to replace my old Qrubas. The new Qurubas have a narrow sole that makes your feet "tip over" inside the slipper, and you end up walking on the side of your foot. This slipper gives a very nice support, and a firm yet cushioned feeling. I did have to replace the first pair because they seem to run one size smaller than stated, but Zappos generous return policy made that exchange a breeze.

I just ordered my 3rd pair in 13 years. I wear them all year around so I'm tough on them. I love these slippers. My first pair held up to my 2 years in Iraq. I highly recommend these slippers. They are very comfortable and durable.
