Es Accelerates - These shoes are awesome, I had the ES Accelplus before, and these made them feel cheap and tacky. The system G2 full impact and a level 2 STI cushion will make this a classic shoe. It also looks great, it's simple, yet effective. p.s. pies are good. You must eat pies.

Perfect update for near perfect shoe - as an update to the now classic accel, this shoe more than qualifies. fit is slightly more padded than the accel, but super soft and flexible like the etnies-arto saari shoe. The full length G2 is perfection.

This shoe is comfortable for skating! Until it starts ripping, which will take about a month. It may not be a surprise, but the triple stitch toe-cap unstitches quickly. The shoe looks nice and has a lot of stuff put into it such as the foam bedding and sole protection. To be honest this is one of the best skate shoes I have ever tried but it rips fast.

Where did eS go wrong? The Accelerate was a great shoe until this year’s model! I have had four pairs of this shoe all in size 10.5 including this pair. Sadly there isn’t as much padding around the collar as in previous models of this shoe and it tends to slip off your heel when walking/skating very annoying and it ultimately ends in the fabric by the back of your heel ripping to shreds. The only other thing wrong with this shoe is that after owning them for about 4-5 months of hard skateboarding the sole begins to bubble and peel away. This may be an unfair observation to the '07 model because I haven’t had them for longer than two weeks. Other than that this is a good shoe. The full length gel insert really does reduce the impact felt coming down on hard landings, the toe lasts a good long while, and you don’t go through too many pairs of laces with these shoes.

Good, but uncomfortable. First off, these shoes are great; the grip lasts a long time and they have extra protection: System G2 from heel to toe. They are quite uncomfortable, they don’t have a nice comfy fit, they have hard edges. They are also a little bulky. But overall, they’re good.

Ill - This is an awesome shoe. I got the leather red white and black ones and the lasted me for 3 months of skating. They are really cool and really comfy. The only problem was they ripped really easily.

Pretty good overall - These shoes are pretty good but the bottom part is not made very good as it fell apart after 1 1/2 months of skating but these shoes are wicked comfortable. The most comfortable skate shoe I have ever bought, there is a hole in the toe now and the bottom part fell off almost so I could actually snatch the g2 off if I wanted. I usually wear a 9 but I got a 9.5 in these in the green white and black color way and they were nice while they lasted but they need to make the soles stronger cause it was just dumb how the bottom sole thing fell off, it cracked on the side were the stitches are I had to use super glue to hold it on till I got some new shoes. These are a good buy though if you want a good comfortable skate shoe then these are them.

Great look, needs a little wear - I bought the black and white Accelerate. The toe area was a bit cramped for me so I had to buy a size up. eS talks about their special heel cushion technology. Honestly, the shoe is no more comfortable than any other. It just looks great!

eS Accelerate - Wow. I bout these and they got destroyed within a month. After like 3 weeks of skating my regular and switch toe caps were destroyed. The worst part is that after 3 weeks the bottoms of mine totally fell off. Like they just tore open and the tread wasn’t even worn that much. The insoles started getting holes in them and the laces blew. I don’t know what to say. I was impressed with how they skated but the durability isn’t as good as you think.

Good for tech stuff - First off, eS=NO. eS are great while they last, which is like 2 weeks. They are good for tech stuff, but I tried ollieng a set and I actually broke a carpal in my foot (the rod thing) due to the wearing down of the G2 system. They do look sick though, but so does almost every other skate shoe.

Think twice before purchasing these shoes. The day after I skated in these my knees hurt really bad. Something about the shoe, maybe it’s the heaviness makes my knees hurt. Plus, the shoe feels loose if not laced to the last hole. Could be me, but no comfort here.

Think twice before dropping any money on these - Fits one full size too small, the clear sole turns color in about 2 days, the clear sole on my shoes bubbled up and stayed that way. True, the shoe looks cool and the tongue straps are more than adequate but I’m starting to wonder how long it's gonna be before I can tell the street is wet without looking down. Love the shoe, but it ain't got no sole.

Comfy and good looking... that’s it. The éS Accelerate is the comfiest, good looking shoe I’ve ever bought. But in less than a month into their life, the glue comes off the sole and the whole thing falls off. They are great to skate in, but have extremely sucky durability, I just ordered the Accel Plus, hopefully those will stay together better.
