I finally went searching for my first real adult wallet. (My last 2 were about 6 dollars, no joke...) I am a mommy of 2 young kids so right now I carry a diaper bag, not a purse. I needed a wallet that could hold all of the essentials (in a very organized layout, for no more digging) for when I don't want to lug that diaper bag around with me. I read a ton of reviews on several wallets and the choice ended up being among this wallet, the Hobo Nancy, and the JuJuBe Be Major. Ultimately, I chose this one for the style since they were all about the same price and functionality but this one looks less like another mommy product than the JuJuBe and seemed bigger than the Nancy. It does everything I wanted (with the exception of being a wristlet - which the other two are) It is small enough to still be considered a wallet, and fits perfectly in my Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Backpack diaper bag, in the side pocket where I like to keep all of my things (wallet, keys, phone) accessible - now they are in one place instead of stuffed in individually and ready to fall out. It holds several membership cards, credit and debit cards, gift cards, IDs and has places for coupons and receipts and change, The zippered pocket holds anything you want to be discreet or more secure (I have the kids' shot records and our insurance cards in there) Of course my iPhone fits very nicely in there, although I did take it out of the enormous OtterBox Defender case. It did fit while in the case, but when I put that and my massive keys in the two side pockets it was too much and the center magnet couldn't close. The magnet is surprisingly strong! I was very happy to find this because I was worried to put my ID and debit card in the open center, but they are very secure in there. Finally, there is something to be said for a well crafted and constructed item. This is a beautiful wallet that seems like it will last me a lifetime. The leather is gorgeous and supple and the hardware is durable. It is a quality item. I got the Ginger color and I love it! I am a purple fanatic, but I decided on this wonderful Ginger so that it would go with everything. The color is perfect, I was worried that it would be too orange from some of the pictures I've seen on the internet but it is true to the color seen on Amazon. Overall this was a great purchase! I cringed at the price tag, since I had never spent even a tenth of that price on a wallet before, but it is WELL worth the investment! *Review cross-posted on other sites

Love, love, love this wallet. I recently stopped using a planner and now just use my phone for scheduling. I needed a wallet that would store all of the odds and ends my planner held (store coupons, gift cards, etc). I love that this wallet has a place for everything! I have young children so I carry my wallet in a diaper bag. When I run errands on my own I can grab my wallet and everything is with me. No more trying to remember to grab my coupons, fabric swatches, and gift cards. Plus my iPhone fits inside so often I don't even have to carry a purse! I also love the magnetic closure. When I am in a hurry I can just throw my receipts in the center and close it and nothing falls out. This wallet is wonderful in every way! It is super functional and very cute to carry on its own. You won't regret buying this wallet! The only trouble is deciding which color to buy. :)

Great Clutch! This clutch is fantastic! It holds everything I need and is easily thrown into a bigger bag to use as a wallet. I ordered the melon and it's a bit more orange than the picture indicates. Be prepared to get compliments! As always, Zappos is great and fast with the delivery.

I am very pleased overall but forget trying to carry anything more than credit cards and cash. Will not fit car keys, chapstick, or cell phone without stretching the leather- but hey, it’s a wallet.

Worth Every Penny - I have the Lauren in green and I'm about to get one in black as well. It's definitely the most versatile clutch/wallet I've ever owned. I'm particularly impressed by the magnetic closure and the beautiful pattern on the inside. It was worth every penny.

This wallet is almost the best thing that ever happened to me. I got it in red patent at least a year ago and I still love it as much as the moment I bought it. I get so many compliments! It is as practical as it is beautiful, with a ton of space for receipts (I'm such a pack rat). It's a good sign that I haven't gotten sick of it after a year, as I am a total bag-a-holic and also accessory obsessed. You will not regret this purchase!

Great clutch - The clutch is very cute, but it is a little more like a wallet. Great for going out at night.

Chic and practical - I love this clutch, could not decide between black and green. Love both but the green has a fun retro, unique look that can go with anything. Has room for all that you need, even my iPod and cell. Huge inner pocket for my debit receipts. I love it and I LOVE Zappos!

Love it! I've wanted the midnight blue Lauren for ages, and finally received one as a gift. It holds everything neatly and I got a compliment my first day out with it. I know I will use this wallet/clutch for many years.

Hobo International Lauren (navy) It was in perfect condition and even better than I have seen it in stores. It arrived promptly the day after I ordered it. It is beautiful and was packaged nicely!

Love This Wallet! I was in dire need of a new wallet. I couldn't find anything in the high end stores, so I decided to do a search on Zappos and stumbled upon the Lauren. I ordered this wallet in black and love it as it is very unique from any other wallet that I have ever owned. It's large and has various compartments. The selling point for me was the zippered compartment inside. The leather is very soft and durable. I will be ordering one in every color and have since purchased the midnight!

Best Clutch Ever - I bought this in the sage green--a great neutral alternative to brown or black. It fits everything you need--phone, lip gloss, id, etc--you can even fit a digital camera in! Use it as a wallet or clutch. Love it.

Great clutch billfold purse - I bought this item for my daughter. I opened it up and looked at it, and I absolutely loved it. My sister did too. She is going to order one as well. It is so versatile with so many places to hold anything you need in your purse. I love it.

Best diaper bag mode luxury item!! My best friend pulled one of these out while we were at Starbucks and I was smitten! Its two credit card slots and id slot at the center of the wallet make this sooo convenient to use when you have little ones in your hands... PLUS I feel so stylish even when I am traveling in diaper bag mode because it functions as a clutch when I want to run into someplace quick without the diaper bag in tow. It is compact, well made, and, again, extremely convenient. I can fit my cell, a lipgloss, all my receipts and gift cards, and even a checkbook. WOW. Best wallet I've ever owned... and I've even bought one for each of my sisters. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

SUPER clutch/wallet - So I was using a Lodis checkbook wallet before I got this, but the Hobo Lauren wallet is about 100 times nicer! The vintage leather is beautiful. I got the Spice color, and it looks terrific with both black and brown (and everything else too). You can't beat the functionality of this wallet. I have a million different cards and photos that fit just fine in this wallet. I also keep my checkbook and register in the larger zippered center part. The magnetic snaps and the openings for each compartment seem very strong. I also ordered the Rachel style from Hobo, but this Lauren style seems a lot more unique. I'll be using it every day as a wallet but won't hesitate to take it out at night as a clutch too. This wallet/clutch is well worth the money!

Hobo International Lauren - I love this clutch purse as it has so many places to "put" things. I am still deciding what places I want to put things yet as I never had so much room! I would like to have received picture holders as I had to go out and buy some to store some family pictures I always carry with me! Other than that it is great!

Great wallet/clutch - I love this wallet. The organization cannot be beat. It can also double a clutch. The leather is beautiful. I ordered the Midnight Blue. I have gotten a lot of compliments from my friends. You cannot go wrong if you purchase this wallet.

HOBO WALLET - I like this wallet a lot. I looked for a long time before I could find one that met a lot of different needs. I like the 2 big compartments for receipts, coupons, etc...

Worth the splurge!!!! I too, used to be a 'small wallet' person until this...I got it in Midnight after a friend showed me hers. I had never been interested in clutch-wallets before this but hers was so nice and she had had hers for over a year and it was in great shape still. My wallet, however, was bursting at the seams. This is gorgeous, has a gazillion compartments and it keeps me organized. Plus I love pulling it out of my purse. Makes me feel grown-up.

You'll want more than one! This wallet is so great that I am considering buying my third "Lauren". I keep considering other stylish Hobo International wallets, but none of the others seems big enough to easily handle a checkbook. I was someone who never paid more than $20 for a wallet before buying my first Hobo International one. Now I don't want to use anything else. If you carry a lot of cards, this wallet can accommodate them without looking too bulky. The leather is beautiful and the zippered pocket easily holds a checkbook (plus coupons, more stuff). I use one section of the kiss lock portion for my cash and change, and the other for my bulk cards.

Hobo Int. Lauren - This clutch/wallet is awesome! It is not only attractive, but functional. My only complaint is that it is not offered in more colors. I would buy another one if it came in bright red and/or black.

Great clutch - This clutch fits a lot of stuff. Its got a pocket or compartment for everything. It even holds my digital camera (but only if I don't put it in its own case). I'm used to using clutches that have a wrist strap, and this one doesn't have one, but that doesn't bother me, because this clutch fits nicely into my armpit. Love the leather it’s made of, love the organizing compartments. Would definitely recommend this.

I love this wallet. It's the best wallet ever!!! The quality is great, I love the way it looks, and it fits everything without looking like it has a bunch of stuff in it. It’s great as a clutch or a wallet. I have it in sage green and the inside design is really cute. It's a great deal, it will last forever!

Hobo International Lauren - I Love this wallet! It is the best, most functional, least bulky and heavy I have ever used. It is pretty when you open it, it holds everything and there is always room for more without it getting heavy of being stuffed. I travel a lot so I carry a lot and my wallet often doubles as my purse. With everything in it I can also put my car keys and cell phone in it when I need to. I love the way the clasps open, which at first I thought didn't open big enough, when I started using it realized that it opens without everything falling out. Have I said enough? The best wallet I have ever used. Hands down, and I have owned some very nice wallets.

Love Hobo! I love Hobo! The Lauren wallet is definitely my favorite piece out of the six that I own. I disagree with another reviewer. It does not look cheap at all. In my personal opinion, Coach is crap and falls apart, so why she would pay three times as much seems just odd to me (unless she is very concerned with the label). I am considering buying another Lauren wallet because I love the one I already have so much!
