I have a wide foot so it is not always easy to find comfortable shoes, let alone, mail-order. True to size, true to width, great value and they look great! Really, really like these shoes. So much so, I think I will buy them in another color. My first shopping experience with Zappos.com was a home run and I am a pretty tough customer to please.

Great style. Good fit and arch support. Only gripe was collar on right shoe digs into my ankle occasionally. Left shoe is fine. Just this particular shoe? My foot? Figured it would go away with break-in but never did. I probably should have exchanged for another pair, but everything else about these shoes makes up for this so I'll live with it.

I bought my first Clarks at least four years ago in brown. Love these shoes - not only are they comfortable, they are wonderfully versatile. I wear them with jeans, slacks, wherever I can. I sought them out in black and have both options with me when I travel because they provide excellent support - and, as previously stated, versatility.

These shoes were even better looking than I expected. I put them on and they felt like an old glove, I wore them right away. I have some Achilles heel problems and these shoes give me the support needed.

Clark doesn't disappoint with these shoes. Great fit and comfort. Plus good looks you can dress up and down.

I love this shoe. I've had the Touareg in black for 2.5 years and brown for 1.5. Comfortable, stylish and durable. I wear them to work almost daily. I also wore them on vacation in Italy and Las Vegas; vacations that included a lot of walking. Comfortable, stylish and durable. Isn't that what you're looking for in a shoe?

I usually wear a size 10 in most shoes I wear, so reading the reviews, I decided on a size 9.5. 9.5 was a bit too big so I exchanged it with a 9 which fits perfectly. Shoe is very comfortable with decent arch support. Shipping was extremely fast the first time and the second time for the exchange. A big Thank you to Angela. Excellent customer support.

This is my second pair of this brand that I've bought. They're much more comfortable now that I was fitted for appropriate length and width. These seem to be great shoes for both formal and semi-formal wear. I did, however, buy special insoles from my chiropractor (called SuperFeet). I highly recommend these.

They look very sharp and are very comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot, and so far so good.

My first experience with Zappos was great. The Touareg's are very light and also comfortable. Although I normally wear a 9.5 shoe, the 9 fits perfectly so I'd recommend ordering a half-size down.

This is without a doubt the most comfortable casual shoe I've ever owned. This is my first pair of Clark shoes, however I definitely will be trying different styles. My kids even said they were cool looking.

I purchased these shoes for my college senior son who will be student teaching next month. He wears orthotics, so a well-built shoe with a removeable insole is a must. He loves the shoes for fit and feel and also loves the design.

I bought this pair of shoes on the recommendation of a friend, and he is correct that from the first day I wore them they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Keeps your toes straight. Comfort A+ Have owned three pair over the last 4 years or so. I love this shoe. I do not recommend the UN version though. That version had its sole wear out much faster than this one. Also, price of this shoe is much less than in the Clarks store on Madison Ave.

I have had this style of shoe for over a year now and absolutely love it. I wear it with all kinds of pants and to all types of events. Mine have worn out from how much I wear them, but is still one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have. I wear these shoes at least 3 times a week to work. I am buying another pair exactly like this. Clarks is the best.

I received the shoes two days after my purchase. I'm a loyal Zappos customer. There is no better customer service than Zappos.

I bought these for my husband so I can't really say how they feel. What I can share is the fact that for the first few days he walked around saying, "I love these shoes! Can I tell you how much I love these shoes?!" This from a man with troubled, hard to fit feet. I think they look great, too.

Overall good shoe. Comfortable and good looking, but not as hefty/solid feeling as something from Born or Merrell. Shoe also doesn't have the shine shown in the photo.
