Expected Better from Ros Hommerson... I wore these shoes one time and the fabric covered heel frayed not to mention the Ros Hommerson label, which was just a sticker, peeled up. The straps across my feet cut into my little toes and even with gel padding for the balls of my feet, my feet were burning and hurt tremendously by the time I got home from work. I had originally bought these to wear to a wedding and decided to give them a trial run before then. I am very thankful for that bit of foresight. I sit in front of a computer most of the time at work and do not want to imagine the amount of pain I would have been in had I actually had to to a great deal of standing or walking. These were definitely not what I have come to expect from Ross Hommerson shoes.

Too loose - Very pretty, but too loose for my wide foot. I would have done better to order the regular width, not the wide. It's a shame - they are a great pair of shoes, but I ended up with a different pair that fit better.

Good looking shoe - Well, after reading tons of testimonials about this shoe's comfort, I bought them. They are comfortable, but wider than narrow and shorter than 7.5. My feet slid forward in them and my toes hung over the front edge - not a great thing for toes as skinny as mine. Usually a narrow will hold them together, but I looked a bit like a primate holding onto a branch in these. Too bad. They really are cute and I danced in them all night without ever once thinking about taking them off.

These shoes feel great if you're sitting down. The straps aren't too tight or too loose. But if you have bunions as I do, the higher heel puts too much pressure on the balls of your feet. I was able to wear these for a few hours with no problem, but towards the end of the evening (I wore them to a wedding), my feet really hurt.
