These shoes are great. I wore them two days in a row, for about 12 hours straight and could've walked in them all night. They would be cute with jeans, but are also great for work, funerals, etc. The heel is thicker which makes them easy to walk in. They're fantastic.

Refreshing, not matronly shoe for a large size - I usually try to buy a high heel that is one width size larger than I take when I know I'm going to be on my feet for a long time. In most high heels peoples feet do tend to swell as do mine. It was so refreshing to find a dress shoe that did not look matronly or uncool in a larger size. I would love if there was more of a color selection or even more shoes, boots etc.. in this size and width. I appreciate how quick the shipping was and I still can't believe the shipping was free, your return policy(although I won't be needing it)is out of this world.I have already told several of my friends and work associates about Zappos.com. Great Little Black Shoe!!! A very comfortable shoe, espically for the heel height. I wore them for 12hrs and still walked home with almost no discomfort.

Great shoes, run big. The Ros Hommerson Women's Ruby Pump is a great looking shoe. However, I find the sizing to be quite a bit off. I'm usually a 7W, but when these shoes arrived, I found that they run a full size larger. I had to return those and I ended up getting a 6W which fit fine. This was after getting a 6.5W which was still too big. They're great width-wise, though. Finally, no pinching in the toe box. The description says that the heels were 3 inches, but when I received these and measured the heels, they were between 3.25 and 3.5 inches. They don't really feel like it though because they're quite comfortable. I find when shoes are not tight in the toe area; higher heels are easier to walk in. These shoes look fantastic on. They're very elegant and classy looking, but be aware of the sizing. Looking at reviews for these shoes on other sites, sizing and fit has run the gamut, from they're true to size, they run big, they're too wide, or they're too narrow. I can't vouch for other sizes and widths but, like I said, for me they run a whole size larger. But once you get the correct size that fits you, these shoes are a winner.

Attractive, sexy, and relatively comfortable for a high heel. You can't walk all day, but at least it's wide enough and does not pinch. I have other styles from this brand and they fit quite well.

A REAL wide shoe! Wow! Such a pretty shoe, and truly wide...way TOO wide. I normally wear either an 8.5 wide (D) or a double wide (EE), so on a whim I ordered it in just the wide thinking it would be too tight. Umm, NO! This shoe is WIDE! For my flat foot w/ bunions I was shocked how wide it truly was! I walked right out of it! It seems to run a 1/2 size larger and at least one size wider. I've never had this problem! LOL! I ordered it in the red and while it is NOT a deep sports car red, it is a very pretty light cherry red and is "pearlized" not "matte." I loved the look of the shoe and will try ordering it in an 8 wide and seeing if that works. I do not think I would go w/ a B width even though the D width was so very wide. Good quality shoe though! Worth the price!

2 times to get correct size - I ordered these in a 7WW since that is what I wear in a Ross Hommerson pump. I thought they were a little wider than normal, so I ordered a 7W, which was way too tight. I then got the original size back and felt like Cinderella. I wish the heel were taller, I want sexy shoes in WW, which is almost impossible. Any suggestions?

WWides, it'll fit! If you're a fashion-conscious double-wide (WW)like me, this is a decent pick. As you know, our choices in high heels are slim to none. This has a 3" heel and a pointy toe. Nearly obsolete in the WW field. It's not the sexiest black pump in the world, but I thought it looked pretty OK at an event last weekend. Yeah, the vamp offers a bit too much coverage, but WW beggars can't be choosers. I ordered a 7.5WW. Way too big. Sized down to a 6.5WW. Just right. Normally, I'm a 7WW (they were sold out). So, these babies likely run about 1/2 size large.

Not as expected! Not enough cushions under ball of foot and toes. They are not as comfortable as I expect from Ros Hommerson because I've experienced the most comfortable dress shoes from RH's Vicki; though Vicki have lower heel. These are not street shoes or all day wear. I love the look. I hope there also will be size 6WW in the future. Thanks!

This is a really comfortable shoe for being a high heel and it's offered in a wide variety of sizes as I wear a 13WW. The heel fit really well and looks great.

Not as wide as my last pair. Wonder if the width has change - These are a great looking shoe, and last a long time. These felt narrower than the last pair I purchased. However, using a shoe stretcher for one day in each shoe gave me the fit I required. I've bought several pairs of this shoe in different colors and have never disappointed with each purchase.

Great pointed high heel for wider feet! I have a slightly wide foot and it's small so it's difficult to find great heels that fit well, especially cute point toe shoes. Well, this shot is very comfortable for a pointy high heel! I would prefer it be a little pointier and I wish it came in other colors because I would order more. I ordered a 6.5 wide and it's a little big still. I just put in a shoe insert and heel insert and they're fine. I can actually wear these heels out and my feet aren't killing me.

Looks weird, feels weirder - I have 11W feet and thought this would be good to try considering the range of sizes but have to agree with the last review - the front tip of the shoe is pointed up off the ground and the shoe "swallows" your foot so that it feels completely lost in the shoe, making it somewhat uncomfortable and difficult to walk in.

Good, practical, somewhat stylish work shoe - It is a great shoe for the office, nice heel height, and good practical color. I have a very wide foot and the shoe fit wonderfully. If you need a good office shoe, this is it.

Fabulous shoe - Great shoe, very comfortable and very true to size. Looks fabulous and was able to make it through an entire event without taking off once!

Great Pumps - These shoes feet so good to wear and look wonderful. It's so hard to find sexy shoes in wide width.... but these shoes fit the bill, wide and sexy. Great buy!

OK comfort, but looks are somewhat off - It's extremely hard to come by a pointed-toe pump in a WW width, so this shoe is a winner simply by virtue of its existence. However, there's something not quite right about the look. I think the problem is that the toe is very high, instead of being flat, like most pointed-toe shoes. As a result, this shoe looks more like a '80s holdover than contemporary fashion. Another consequence of the toe box height is that the top of the point gets scuffed easily (mine were scuffed after the first day wearing them). I don't really understand why the toe point is so high -- it's not like anyone's toes actually go there. The shoes would have been perfect if the toe box height tapered down to the point.

Sexy shoes! These run a little narrow in the toe, but the super hot look makes it worth it. They are like the 4"ers I used to wear, but with a less painfully high heel.

LOVE THEM! They are sexy and comfortable. I was scared to buy heels from the internet but these are the greatest!

Really nice - Beautiful,sexy style. True to size. I wish there was a little more room in the upper by the big toe and a little more padding under the ball of the foot because of the heel height. When will the shoe manufacturers learn to give us what we ask for? We would smile more in high heels!

Ros Hommerson Ruby- Love the look of these shoes. The heel is a bit higher than I normally wear (I'm 5'10") so I'm still deciding whether I'll keep them. The heel is also a little wide but a heel guard should fix that. I'm normally a 9W but these seemed about 1/2 size too long. They seem comfortable but I only walked a bit on the carpet. Zappos service is excellent and the return policy second to none.

Looks worth a few bugs- This shoe looks gorgeous on your foot. Being able to buy a wide size makes the heel height quite comfortable. There is some rubbing around the ankle on the sides, which I hope will ease in time- that's the reason for four stars.

Sexy basic black pump. It fit my 7 1/2 WW foot and high instep wonderfully. However, the heel was so wide I had to pad it to fit. If I hadn't had to wear them the day after I got them, I would have exchanged for a 1/2 size smaller.
