I have the black/navy ones and they been lasting for almost a year. These are good for if you want a long lasting shoe, the only bad thing is impact from drops; it hurts bad when kicking out.

DC Lynx 2 - I have had these shoes for about two months and I only have good things to say about them. After two months of skating just about every day there is a small hole in the side and a little tear and that’s it. They are probably never gonna rip!! The sole is holding up great, barely any wear there. And they are very comfortable

Lynx 2 - My third pair, they are the best take my advice; they never rip cause of the Super Suede, and the heel gel is comfortable too, plus they look good.

Awesome!!!!! This shoe was great and was really comfortable!! With the new super suede, it doesn't rip for a long time. And when it does get a rip, it doesn't spread for at least a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this shoe if you're a skater and looking for a technical and well made shoe and also if you just want a shoe to chill in.

Great shoes, but size issues... I got these in White/Red. An employee warned me that DC shoes usually run a half size smaller than most other shoe brands, such as Nike, which I was wearing at the time. I'm an 11.5 and I got a 12 in this shoe, as the 11.5 did feel much too small. Great shoes for skating, the soles feel great.

DC shoes - My son love DC shoes he won't wear any other kind. You have the largest selection of anyone that I have seen. I enjoyed looking at the new arrivals and my son certainly is enjoying wearing them. Thanks Zappos--I'm sure that I will order again soon. The prices are great too!

DC Lynx 2 - Dude, these shoes are the best, I’ve had the red and white ones for like 5 months and they just started to rip. And I skate every day. The only bad thing about them is the sole wears out after the first 2 months, but still great shoe!

Updated version of the Lynx, the 2's are super durable, grippy, lightweight shoe. Can be a little clunky if you have a bigger foot and skate a skinner board, but the shoe holds up so well, now with the Super Suede, these babies will never tear up on you.

The best shoe ever! This shoe skates better than ANY shoe! I love doing ollies because I’ve got the red & white ones and because the suede scraping on the grip tape makes a pink line (don't worry it comes off when you rub it.) very grippy, buy this shoe.

My teenage son really likes the shoes. They are comfortable & durable. The picture was accurate.

DC Shoes Lynx 2 - You really should be interested in this shoe it has great comfort. It also skates really good with DC's new Super Suede Technology, After eight hours of skateboarding your shoes don't look like junk. With 400 NBS Sole.

Excellent - Great looking and comfortable! Feels better than my pair of Avatars, and the back doesn't seem to rub against my heel. I've stopped frequently on pavement using the tread on the shoes while skateboarding, and the tread has held up great. Oh yeah, and they look awesome!

Nan From Florida - Being a near 50 year old lady, This was my first skate shoe. Tried on a pair of my son`s (13 YO) and really liked the comfort, and fact I could slip them on and off without bending over to lace. I wore them for the first time on a cross country flight and thru the airport. I never had sore or tired feet. As far as durability, I do not skate, so they will last much longer than any skater could hope for. Nan

Nothing Better - This shoe is amazing. I'm on my 2nd pair and I love them. They take so long to rip and when they do the rip stays small and doesn't spread really fast. Best shoe on DC line right now but "what will they think of next."

Steven's shoe review - I loved the shoes! Having such a large size, it has been so difficult to find shoes that I like that fit. HOWEVER:The leather tab holding the lace in one spot is already coming off. I am going to return the shoes this week, and hope to get another pair that will be better made.

Awesome shoes!!! I just got these shoes yesterday and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have not skated in them yet but by the way they feel im sure they will be awesome. And the lace system is terrific. You will not be able to break a lace unless you wear your shoes down in wierd paces when you skate...and the shipping was great. They got here like 2 days before they said it would.

Excellent - My son is a skateboarder and wanted this shoe. He usually goes through a pair of shoes in two months - he has had these for a little over a month now and there is no indication of wear and tear! This is an awesome and durable shoe and the fact that he got it the next day makes him one happy skateboarder!!

The best - OMG you want these shoes. There so much better then the first lynx. The new super suede helps out alot. the shoe lasted a whole month longer then most of my shoes did. You gotta get them.

I had the white/true red colorways of the shoe. I liked the shoe because it had excellent grip and the super suede makes the toe area last really long. However, the shoe has very little impact tolerance and hurts when jumping down the smallest objects when skating. The shoes aren’t the comfiest of shoes either. Overall they are a good buy as long as you’re not skating stairs/gaps.

Pretty good, but... This shoe was made for skating, not for casual wear. The sole is awesome with the different kinds of grip... but the toe box is badly made. My big toe hurts when I wear this shoe all day. Also, the insole is hard like a dress shoe. If you buy these shoes for skating, make sure you also buy a different pair of sneakers for everyday wear, because you won't want to wear these all the time.

Good but not enough - I think that Lynx 2 has a badly modeled the sole, so it fits uncomfortable. Besides it doesn't look good.

DC Lynx 2 SUPER SUEDE - Well to start this review off, the new DC super suede is amazing. It takes so long to rip, and its so comfortable and durable. This shoe makes for a reliable skate shoe. It looks even cooler on your feet.
