The soles scuff the floor - I can't wear them on any tiles as the rubber makes tread marks! They are also clunkier than I first thought.

They look nice, but they are painful to wear. Not at all impressed with the quality for the money.

This is a great shoe with only one problem. The insole shifts with a gel substance and it feels like there is a bubble under your foot when you walk. I had the same issue with two different pairs of these so I gave up.

Really disappointed with these shoes. My previous Ken Coles were size 10 and a little snug (until I broke them in). These are size 10 and almost a full size too big. Unfortunately, I have already worn them so I can't return.

I have always purchased Kenneth Cole shoes because they fit well, were made well & looked good - this pair seems to show how how Kenneth Cole has progressed in quality & they cost me $100!!! - see photos attached - the heal has a strip of rubber that is peeling off to reveal the layers of sole. I have only worn these shoe a dozen times & they are falling apart. I tried to crazy glue them but that couldn’t fix the problem. It’s a shame the quality has deteriorated of the years. Unfortunately, I have to find a new “go-to” shoe. So disappointed.

Poor fit. The back of the heel cup dug into my Achilles tendon and gave me an almost instant blister. The top of the shoe is also bending in a weird way when you walk, so that was also an almost-blister. All of that in about 5 minutes of wearing the shoes. Unfortunately, now I cannot return the shoes, so I will try to get rid of them in a different way, but I'm definitely not keeping them.

This is the 2nd pair of this brand I have bought in the last 2 years because I like the look. Can't explain what crap these shoes are. I wear them multiple times weekly, and each pair has essentially fallen off my feet after wearing them for ~6 months. Cheapest shoes I have ever worn. Leather has ripped and fallen off and the gels soles have opened and leaked onto my socks.

I have had several pairs of Kenneth Cole shoes in the past and most have been comfortable, stylish and relatively well lasting. This pair of shoes has literally fallen apart after several months of normal office wear. The leather began to crack and the inner gel soul pad actually became disloged and had to be ripped out because it was so uncomfortable. Because of these shoes it will probably be a very long time before I buy another pair of Kenneth Cole shoes. In fact the overall displeasure has led me to make this my first online review of a product.

These shoes look great, but were poorly made. The stitching began to unravel from the upper almost immediately. Do not buy them.

Don't buy this shoe! Let me say I used to love this exact shoe. Love the look, feel, fit, design, price everything. I recently purchased a new pair to replace my 3-year old pair but something wasn't quite right. After just one day of wear, the sole was already greatly worn down and shabby looking. Thinking maybe I got a dud pair, I returned them to Zappos who quickly replaced them for a new version. Unfortunately I just packed up the replacements today for the same problem. It seems Kenneth Cole decided to take a classic design and cheapen it with materials that are not up to quality. Check out the other positive reviews, they are all from 2011 or before. The quality just doesn't hold true anymore to this shoe so save yourself the trouble and buy something else. It is too bad too...I love this shoe and would have purchased over and over again. The shoes are good for the first few months, but end up badly marked and creased within 5-6 months. My shoes are now starting to look and feel as if they are cracking in the creases that have been made.
