I had ordered a 1/2 size bigger. It was too big. I called and without hesitation the girl did what she had to do to make it right. I'm very pleased with the service I received and the product. My husband loves his new boots. I would highly recommend Zappos product to anyone looking for shoes. Great product and fast service. Great job Zappos!

I wear the boots for almost anything. I wear them for work & for going out and about. They do take a bit to break in but that is no issue. Comfortable fit that lasts all day.

THESE RUN A LITTLE BIT SMALL BUT I love these boots!-I am a woman that wears a SIZE 9 in WOMEN’S and a SIZE 7 in MEN’S shoes-However I ordered a MENS SIZE 7 last year and these were quite snug-I had to wear very very thin socks and my feet would feel smashed after a few hours and hurt- I just ordered a MENS SIZE 8 in the SKECHERS PILOT Boots (a full size larger than I normally wear in MENS SIZES) and they fit perfectly!-(even when I wear regular socks)-I am very happy with my new boots and I am ALWAYS very very pleased with anything I have ordered from ZAPPOS!

I love these boots and have worn them out until there are holes in the soles. I just bought two more pairs of Skechers I really wanted to find these at the Skechers outlet store near me. I didn't see them but I did just find them online. I will be getting another pair. People complain about the eyelets wearing out well if you use them for work and are hard working and Tuff on them your going to have to expect some wear and tear. I have had my first pair for probably over 5 years and I am certainly going to get another pair. All I wear now are Sketcher they are very comfortable and a ton of choices. Way to go Sketcher keep it up.

Great boots! Got them for a great price. Good solid boot. I found them a little narrow for extra wide, but they fit pretty well. Not much arch support, but I use Sole inserts in them and they’re great for me. I wear them for riding my motorcycle and for work. Good bang for the buck.
