I purchased it for my son who was complaining that he outgrew his previous Northface bag, he was very happy with the amount of extra space there was and that it didn't look too bulky on him (he's only 11)

I own many North Face items and couldn't be happier with this backpack. It is very well made and accommodates my daughters school needs. It is comfortable even when loaded to capacity. This item is the highest of quality.

Very cute jacket however I thought I would have a little more room for stuff after I put my laptop in however space inside just wasn't as big as I expected but it is really comfy on my shoulders. I plan to use this for traveling as a carry on so the size is nice and there is a lot of area for small organization like pencils and little things so if you are organized I highly recommend.

I bought this backpack for my daughter who is a senior in high school and wanted it for college and a hocking trip this spring. She loves it!!!

This bag was purchased to hold my load of college books for my last semester of college. My books load is extremely heavy and along with that I'm carrying an Apple MacBook Pro. The padding in the back of the bag adds great support and padding on the inside laptop holder makes me feel secure that it's safe against the books. Great for hiking up mountains as well! I'll be using this bag for every adventure and school day coming my way.

A gift for our college bound grandaughter. Of all the backpacks she had seen, this was her favorite. She was so pleased.

I gave it to my friend as a gift cause he needed a backpack. He didn't seem that excited to get it, but I paid full price for it so hopefully he will at least use it and the look style and feel will hrow on him with time.

It appears to be well received as a gift. The only comment was that it was a bit stiff. Hopefully it will break in nicely.

I got this backpack for my sister and she loved it! I brought one for me 2 months ago and I liked it so much that i wanted my sister to have a matching one.

Bought this pack back for school. Honestly, it's good for a few books. However, it's not meant for a large capacity. I wish it had a pocket in front as well, but oh well. I had a coupon so I got it for a good price.

Great for carrying both my laptop and books to and from class. Just enough room to fit everything I need but not too bulky.

After a few weeks of using the product, the seem on the divider for the laptop sleeve start to come undone. After a few more weeks, the reinforced upper part of the seam is completely removed from the divider itself making it cumbersome to load/unload my laptop into the divider sleeve.
