I this this bag, it's not too small and not too big. I can fit my piles of homework inside and still zip it. It also has enough compartments for water bottles, pencils, and other products.

Bought this for my brother to start high school. It's really useful for holding those heavy textbooks. I would buy it for him every year if I had too. All north face book bags have a long duration of use!

I use it mainly for everyday use.

I ordered the purple one of this backpack and just received it today to find that the pocket inside was made wrong. From the pictures online, it looks like the organizational portion is supposed to be inside the front, smaller pocket. But mine is on backward. The organizational portion is actually now inside the bigger, main pocket, making the smaller one practically useless. It doesn't hinder my use of the product, but for my own sanity, I would have liked it to be made right. Customer service hours close early I guess, so I'll be calling tomorrow....

This product is great for any college student. It fits all my textbooks and binders. And it is very good quality. I also really like the fact that it has a whistle on it.

I use my Jester for school. Ive never had a particularly nice backpack so I figured I would splurge a little as my old backpack's zipper became loose and tore almost completely off the backpack. Its extremely easy to load and I love how large it is. I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it is and it holds all of my books and things for my college classes. I think I made the perfect choice!

I ordered this backpack for my middle school daughter. We love North Face clothing so tried the backpack this year for the first time. I love the color options, and lightweight nature of the product. The only complaint I received from my daughter is that the back felt bulky. This is because she's had a more flimsy backpack for the past few years so it'll just take some getting used to this.

I use this product primarily for college and hikes. It is so comfortable to wear all day and easy to load. The only thing I would say is the shoulder padding is a little scratchy and it's not so comfortable when wearing tank tops. Other than small details, I overall love the product and it is so stylish and so me.
