Love this it's really comfortable especially when I have to carry heavy stuff

The backpack is comfortable, perfect to walking!

I like that it's lightweight and the zippers have no pull to them. The one thing is the back part which touches your back is too straight when I set down my backpack it fall forward. That might lead it to get dirty quicker then I would like it. The material on the back is great to make sure sweating is minimal but it also is scratchy. I have some kinds of small rug burns that sometimes is too sensitive to touch. I'm going going goin and so I put on my backpack fast but this material makes me have to take my time to put on. The little zipper pocket in the first zipper sometimes snag on the hook in side, the ones that could hold your keys to make sure they don't get lost while hiking or adventuring. I like the pockets on the side where I can store my water bottle or keys. The sternum strap is comfortable while connected. I do wish this backpack came with also a waist strap that would have made this back pack perfect.

I have to say that this backpack is not bad, but this could be much better than its usual style. This really is only good for school and thats about it. Unless your doing light traveling, it would also be perfect for that. This does not have many compartments as I like my backpacks with a few compartments. This bag is basically the main compartment and a little compartment in the front for storing your smaller items. Note i have last years model (2015) so the even smaller sections are located in the main compartment but they get kinda of bulky only with a few things inside and they are not even that big of things that I put inside of them. Overall its good for school even to a certain extent. But this doesn't compare to my Borealis backpack. Also this is not waterproof! I had also bought this bag thinking that it was waterproof but clearly it's not. The features I look for in a backpack are: large capacity, durability, waterproof, comfortable, not bulky, lightweight. So this bag just didn't make the cut for me.

I would recommend this to a friend. I bought it for my son in high school. The padding is great for the heavy school books he brings home.

I bought this backpack for my 12 year old daughter. She has to carry around all of her school books and supplies all day as there are no lockers at her school. She was experiencing major back and neck pain with her old backpack. Her new Northface backpack has made such a difference for her!! She has no back and neck pain and she LOVES it!!! It's super cute, too!

Before getting this backpack, I used to hate carrying my laptop with me. It made my bag heavy and the straps on my old backpack offered no support. With the Jester backpack, my laptop fits perfectly in the laptop sleeve and due to the extra support in the straps I can carry it around all day without my back feeling strained from all the weight. This backpack also has enough space for me to fit everything I need for the day. I also love that I can use this backpack for school or for a hike.

Great backpack for my daughter who is a Freshman in high school. Room for her books, papers, and protection for her Chromebook, yet still sleek and not bulky. She was happy that despite her items being heavy, the backpack was well padded and comfortable.

This was a replacement backpack for school and the weight wasn't distributed well and straps were very uncomfortable. This backpack addressed those issues perfectly, couldn't have gotten a better bag.

A great bagpack at a great price. Ir handles all my college books and spirals. The padding on the back and handles are a relief because of the weight I have to carry. A lot of space and good colors, well for my taste.

Very practical solution since I don't drive anymore so I walk or use transit. Purse was not enough, clumsy, and too heavy.

Ordered this for my travels to Europe and works great. Very comfortable and lightweight. Plenty of room for all I need.

This is a great backpack for everyday use, intermediate hiking, and travel. I only wish that it had a small pocket on the outside to store keys or a phone. Overall, great, quality product.

It's grate

I'm using it to travel for work. Its a perfect size as my personal item. Easy to get into, easy to carry and fits nicely under the airplane seats.

I love this backpack! It's the first backpack I've ever found to be comfortable during hiking. It's lightweight and very padded so it does not get sore on your back. It seems to be very water resistant as well based off my experience in the rain. I would definitely recommend this product!

this is my second one and I love it

I am a college student and I was in need a serious heavy duty back pack because I carry my laptop and book around all the time. The straps are very comfortable with padding and I really overal love the quality of it. The only con is that their isnt much room inside the bag, it's deep but not very wide.

Used for work travel.

I love how it looks and how lightweight it is. Perfect for school.
