I bought this for daughter who is a senior in highschool - she wanted a backpak vs a bag to carry her stuff to school in. We got it and tried to put all of her binders -1inch 11/2 inch in size along with notebooks, they fit and then her laptop in the other section, it fit but made it tight, but could adjust the straps. This is a great backpak but does not accomodate for a 15 inch laptop or bigger. Would accomodate a chromebook much easier but her school one broke and they have no replacements.

Bought this for myself sister because she like mine. She loves the color and how it works for many things. She uses it for work and daily carrying the things she needs.

Love this pack! Bought it since I'm entering med school and my pack of 6+ years finally bit the dust! Plenty of room and nice aesthetic for trucking around campus. Some compartments are tricky to get used to but overall very functional.

I use this whether I am hunting or working

I work in retail part time and the rest of the time I am a stay at home dad. I also take online classes. This backpack is great for all of it. I can carry my laptop and extra clothes for my kids. The separate compartments make organizing my things extremely easy. I like mine so much I ordered one for my sister for Christmas.

The color pattern is superb, the interior is compatible and useful for my travel on go. The price is right in my range.

Carry all

I bought this for my husband. He loves it! He loves the mesh pocket in front. He likes all the additional pockets (has so many pockets) and it is very lightweight. This looks and feels like it will last many years. Overall very happy!

My 6th grade daughter LOVES this backpack. She is already loaded up and ready for school to start.

Bought it for my son for Christmas.

My son needed a new back pack for college and he specifically wanted North Face and one that had a lot of pockets. I ordered the Recon from online, it was delivered in two days however, mom (me!) didn't order the right one lol So I re-ordered another one - the Surge - which he went online and picked out, and it too was promptly delivered in two days... Return of the first one was easy and simple by him and a refund promptly gvien. My son's previous backpack was also North Face which lasted all through high school and into college for him so we already know the durability with these and they are well worth the price.
