This is a gist to my daughter for school use (High School student) This is the 2nd year I've bought her one, (Last year I bought one more designed for backpacking than for books/school. She loves it.

This backpack is perfect for school, being a college student and having to carry more things, there's plenty of space for everything. Very stylish as well!

Great backpack! Love the colors! Holds lots of notebooks/folders, etc. seems to be very durable too!

I love my Recon backpack it's great for all my books and my 15' laptop while traveling from school and back. Also a great sized carry on for an airplane. Although it did come a tad darker than I was expecting, which is understandable seeing that pictures can often can slightly distort colors.

I bought this for school and I'm so excited to use it! It is very comfortable and has many pockets for all of my stuff. North Face never disappoints and I love all of their products!

My 14 year old daughter picked this backpack for school. It is very light weight and stylish. Plenty of room w/ several pockets. All zippers work. She loves it!

Bought for my girlfriend, for upcoming trip which she needs to bring her laptop to take a final once we land. Backpack has a great separate pocket for laptop with out taking room away from other pockets. Backpack is def versatile and could be used for whatever she needs (school/work ect.

Perfect backpack. It's roomy and fits all of my daughter's high school essentials. The black and burnt coral is beautiful.

It's a nice backpack it's perfect for my senior year

I use this backpack for school. It's got great back support I absolutely LOVE my Recon.

I really love my backpack. It is very comfortable and holds all of my books and supplies for school. It is easy to access different compartments in the backpack. The straps are also very comfortable. I walk around a lot and climb a bunch of stairs and my back doesn't hurt. I have used other backpacks where there was not that much support and it was always very uncomfortable and caused back, shoulder, and neck pain.

I use this backpack for multiple things: school, traveling, etc. It is amazing! Very durable. It was shipped in perfect condition with no problems! It also arrived one day before the delivery date that I was emailed!! I definitely will be ordering more of your products!

This backpack was very cute and stylish and I fell in love when I saw it online. It's got a good amount of pockets, but it's not as roomy as I'm used to, but there's still a lot of room. It's super durable and all around a good buy!!

This is our third North Face backpack. While each backpack has been great, this one's design and comfort is superior.

Got a matching Hydro flask, am ready for anything!

I use it for traveling as my carry on bag. It has a lot of awesome secret little pockets

I would definitely recommend this as a great choice if your just looking for a back-to-school backpack or if you need anything where that requires a decent amount of pockets or space for outdoor activities and gear. North Face always pays attention to details and takes multiple considerations when designing it for the consumer.

My daughter loves this bag!

I went back and forth comparing different styles for my daughter going into high school. I wanted the roomiest backpack for books and large binders...And of course something that would last. I called customer service and a great associate gave me some great advice. This backpack is a perfect size...it fits books large binders and all other school day essentials. Highly recommend!!!

This backpack is well-designed and durable. My primary use for this is carrying gear while traveling and hiking. So far it has held up perfectly, and I can tell by the construction of the bag that will last for a long time. My only criticism is that I wish it were a little lighter, but at a little over 2lbs, there's not much to complain about. The colors are great, there were so many choices that I actually had trouble choosing which I wanted. I love this bag and look forward to many more adventures with it.

Bought this for college! It is very durable and has the best front pockets. It will hold MacBook as well as multiple books/notebooks and all the other little stuff you need everyday!
