If you appreciate dry feet do NOT purchase. The waterproof wore off after 6 months of average use. Supposed to have a 1 year warrenty and Timberland would NOT stand up to thier promise. If you need ankle support do NOT purchase. These do not come up high enough. My last purchase from this company

These boots are my daily wearing shoes. I have had ankle surgery in my past. These boots give me the support I need. I also like them because my feet don't get wet going through puddles when it is raining. I like it because I can order the same size every time and they fit.

So far these are great. Like all Tims there are comfy right out of the box. I will need to wear these around just to make sure they are broken in for my trip to Glacier Nat'l Park in sept. But I feel I could take these now if I wanted. Seems sturdy around the ankle which I need. Hopefully the half size up will be good for those long hike days. Will follow up after my hike and let you know how they held up.

I love these boots! I was concerned they would be heavy, but they offer a lot of support. I also am happy Timberland's free returns allowed me to order to different sizes, I returned the smaller one.

These boots are my daily go-to from Fall through Spring. They are warm, have great soles and are waterproof. They are also my favorites for hiking in the mountains. I have also purchased these for my daughter.

These boots just keep getting better. The more I wear them the better they fit and feel. Light yet very sturdy, I expect that these boots will hold up wonderfully and last a good long time.

I have been wearing this boot for 20 years. They are the best out there for my needs. Used them as a zookeeper and then for field research as well as hiking over very wet and rugged terrain including Scottish bogs. Please please make sure that they are continued as I have been unable to get them any time I have tried in the past two years. They seem to go out of stock quickly and never available in my size. I used to buy them from a local outlet and would buy more than one pair at a time. If I had known I would have bought many more backups. The most important thing apart from the fact that they are SO comfortable for my feet is that they are mostly smooth leather and even the tongue is leather so it is easily cleaned off. Too many boots have patches of suede and also cloth covering most of the tongue of the boot.

Overall, they are great shoes. I had these shoes and they lasted 2.5 years of heavy use, as a favorite shoe. They don't make them the same anymore, so the new ones are just slightly less comfortable.

I'm hard on boots. These last close to a year, and it's usually only the heel wearing down that causes their replacement. Well worth the price!

After 10yrs of good use, feet have grown & were starting to blister on longer trips. So I sized up and got a new pair! Will wear forever. 1st pair was slippery at times, new sole gives more traction

Nice boots to wear on a rainy day

I haven't been able to hike in these boots yet, but I wear them several times a week. They are stylish, comfortable, and have good support through the ankles. They were comfortable out of the box, but have gotten even more comfortable with wear.

These boots are AMAZING. I went down half size because leather stretch. I've hiked them in various terrain and they are the best. Please don't stop making them or change anything. They are perfect!

the hiking boots that I purchased are super. I had a pair prior the purchasing these boots again. The comfort and quality are great. I will order these again when I wear them out. True to size and fit.

These pretty little things arrived on November 28th, tried them on and they felt too tight width wise. Walked around on carpet wondering would they eventually give. Ended up, returning them on November 29th.

They were easy to break in and they are very supportive of my feet and ankles. Best hiking boot I've ever bought in my life.

These are my go to hiking boots, especially when it's raining or I have to cross streams. Wore the entire 70 miles of Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail. Did order a half size larger on the 2 new pairs to give my long toes a little more room plus to accommodate winter hiking socks.

At work I walk a lot

These hiking boots have great style and practicality. The boots fit true to my normal shoe size and the bottom of the boots have plenty of padding for long hikes.I love that they lace up high and fit well.
