This is the 3rd pair of these boots I've owned over the past five years. Obviously, I like them and they work for me. I wear them everyday from mid-Oct through March and often in the summer as well, so they get a lot of use, mostly on pavement but also on trails up in the mountains in the summer. The fit was as I expected. I'm a 10 Med and they fit me just right. I should note I do have a fairly narrow foot. They last about 2 years for me but, in truth, I should probably replace them more often. Still, given the amount of use they get, I consider them pretty durable. If you want them to remain fairly waterproof, it's necessary to use a leather conditioner a few times/yr, especially in the winter and if they get wet a lot. I like these boots. They fit well, they are very comfortable for me and long-lasting. I think they are great value. I'll probably keep buying them if they stay the same.
