Best work boots for public service

The shoes feel really good even after long hours of wear.

Use every day for work. Mostly walking in the elements. Boots are real leather making them easy to clean and maintain and the waterproof nature is my favorite aspect of such a comfortable boot.

My mom bought me a pair for my 16th birthday. I've worn them hiking, camping, fishing, on construction sights, and they still hold up. Some cosmetic wear and I've got through a lot of shoe lases but every spring I wash em off and put on some fresh oil and they keep going!

The boots are not waterproof. They flow, even after I've walked on wet grass. During a heavy downpour, they flow from above, the top lets the water through. I will not buy Timberland products again

These are good everyday boots for light activities and work. Also good for hiking and other outdoor activities. Wouldn't use for heavy work where more protection is needed but they weren't purchased for that

I'm a letter carrier and walk 15 miles a day.

My normal size was out of stock (women's 9), so I ordered the men's 7, which should have been the same according to the sizing chart (both equal EU 40). Unfortunately, it wasn't. It was a good size too small and also too narrow. Since then, I discovered that the men's 8 equals the women's 9. Maybe this will help someone. Otherwise, I love these boots and have been using them for many years. I work in construction and go through one of these boots every year. They work right out of the box, and no break-in period is required. Just have to find your correct size and they will fit like a glove.

I've tried other boots but always come back to timberlands. They are the best value to me.

I bought so e of these about 5 years ago and have been in love with them since. This time I bought 2 pair just in case they stop making them. On an average day I wear them a minimum of 14 hours and my feet never hurt during or even after I wear them. Even new out of the box no pain at ll. For those of you who work on their feet all day you know how horrible breaking in a new pair of boots can be, but not with these. I just hope and pray Timberland keeps making these until I retire.

What is taking so long for this boot to be back in stock it's been 3 months going on 4 I even call timberland customer service line they had no answers to give me not good

I plan to hike the Appalachian Trail next spring and these boots are going to take me there. Curious to see what kind of mileage they will give me!

Use these boots while being outside training dogs. Great support and extremely comfortable for all day use. I'm on my feet the whole day and don't even feel tired. I run, jump, kick, and hike with these boots and they have handled themselves well! I recommend these boots for any outdoors persons!

Ever since the early nineties I've admired and supported and purchased Timberland products. To this day I still support the brand AMD will continue to do so as long as the product is still available and attractive.

This product is very very comfortable and resistant for my hard work and long hiking, I really like it.

Ive been wearing these on and off for the last 14 years, never had a problem. Footwear usually doesn't last me, but these hold up every time. Would, have, and will continue recommending these boots to people

Excellent for walking on untamed surfaces

I use the boots for fishing expeditions and they are very comfortable. My only issue with any timberland boots is the waterproofing is a bit weak. So I have to water proof them again.
