Earth Intrigue black - Pretty comfortable, but the strap can start to feel a little tight after a few hours. The colors are brighter than I realized they'd be, and feel a little clown-like if you're wearing anything but plain black clothes with them. Overall, very comfortable the way it distributes your weight.

Cute shoe, tight strap - I love these shoes. The look is fun and they are very comfortable to wear, I cannot feel a single seam. My only complaint is the elastic strap, it's a bit tight for someone like me who has a high arch. The shoes felt a little narrow at first, but with a day or two of wearing they stretched just enough. I have plantar fasciitis and find the Earth shoes give me the arch support I need.

I love it...super comfortable - I bought these shoes hoping to find a comfort shoe that I can work in. Being on my feet all day, I need shoes that don't hurt my feet at the end of the day and these shoes do just that. Super comfortable, super fun to wear around town. I wish they would come up with a more sleek design for more urban looks though.

This is such a cute shoe and looks good on but the back heel slipped. I have a narrow heel and was afraid even if I'd ordered a half size smaller that it still wouldn't fit snug. I wear an 8 1/2 but these ran a half size larger. Very comfortable other than the slipping.

Truly amazing! I think I ended my quest for "the most comfortable shoes in the world" with these shoes. I had surgery on my foot, and it doesn't help that I have to be on my feet all day. I wore these today for the first time. I'm amazed! I am not exhausted and my back is not killing me. There are no blisters. These shoes are absolutely incredible. Kudos to Zappos! Amazing ONE day delivery, superb customer service. I'll keep coming back for more :-)

Easy to wear - These were easy to wear right away and look okay with skirts or pants. They actually do help stretch out my achilles tendon due to the negative heel. Fair warning, the Earth brand sizing does not fit the same from style to style. I've tried other styles that I had to return because they were too wide/too long, etc.

Really cute shoes- So far these shoes are comfortable. On the first day, they seemed like they might cut into my ankle a little- but, they didn't bother it all day. I have worn them several other times/days (with and without socks/stockings) and I like them! And, Zappos is amazing with the speedy 'standard' shipping!

Cute shoe- I have always wanted Earth shoes so I finally ordered this shoe. It looks like it does online- very cute. I ordered a size 8 because so many reviews said to order a larger size but mine were still very much too small. They also have no arch support and I have very high arches. I sent them back and went with some cute Danskos I saw on Zappos! I wouldn't advocate not ordering them, just order a half to a full size larger than normal.

Lots of compliments! This shoe stands out in a crowd, I've received lots of compliments. It's really comfortable at first, then the elastic strap gets too tight after wearing them for awhile. The designers would be wise to consider either leaving it off, or replacing it with an adjustable strap in the future.

Cool shoe- The fit took a little getting use to. But now they are great.

Intrigue shoe- The footbed in this shoe is very comfortable, I like that my weight falls on my heels, and then I get a full range of motion as I step forward. However, the elastic strap that comes across the top of the foot is a little snug, so I have been pulling on it to try to loosen it. I wore them all day on a walking tour and was fine.

Happy Walking Feet - I ordered these shoes several months ago (sadly from a different distributor) and love them. They are very attractive, and I get a lot of praise and questions. They are excellent shoes for walking around a lot. But I'm on my feet all day at work, and I find if I'm just standing (for hours) my feet and the backs of my legs start to ache, but as long as I'm walking they're wonderfully comfortable. I think since the shoe is designed to have most of your weight on your heel, rather than equally distributed, it tends to make my heels tired and sore if I'm just standing. I have narrow feet and the design of the shoe makes a snug fit over the top of your foot and around your ankle, but lots of space for the full width of your toes.

A little goofy but fun and oh so comfy! I am in my 40s and in my latest act of rebellion, bought a pair of Earth Intrigue shoes (in black). All through middle school, I begged my parents for a pair, and they wouldn't budge. I would actually trade shoes occasionally with a classmate and where them just in class! Now I finally have my own pair and I love them! I am an 8.5/9, and took an 8.5 in these. The first day I wore them, I went shopping for 3 hours, and took my dog for 2 walks, ran a number of errands, and my feet were great! Worth the wait (almost)!

Earth Intrigue - LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! They are so cool looking, I get compliments everytime I wear them. They were a little tough on my heels the first few times I wore them & I had to resort to band-aids, but now that they are broken in, they're super comfortable. LOVE ZAPPOS!!! They were at my doorstep the NEXT day after I ordered!

Give them a chance... After reading the reviews, I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally take. They're a but snug, so I'd recommend a ordering a full-size larger. The back of the shoe is really tight and gives blisters at first, but give them a chance and break them in if this happens to you. I spent time stretching the sides/back with my hands and wore them 1.5 days so far, and already they're feeling better. They do help my posture and back tremendously (my reason for ordering them was recent back aches).

Fun, bit quirky, unique...artsy. My right foot is a half size larger than the left.I'm a nine on the left and nine and a half on the right. Nine and a half in this shoe is a bit small on my right. The shoe slants up which may contribute. The 10 was too wide. I enjoy wearing them though because they're a perfect blend of have a unique creative look...oh and I grew up with Earth shoes.

Made to rock - The shoes rubbed the side of my right foot. But overall, I love them!

Comfortable and good for walking - The size fits well and my toes have plenty of room. The elastic strap may be a bit snug if your feet are a little swollen and the back of the shoes (where the Achilles heel is) may be a little high for some, like me, but overall I am very pleased.

Built for Comfort, Not for Style - I realize comfort comes at a price, ie, generally giving up looks, but these shoes are so uniquely colorful that it almost makes up for it. I'm new to the Earth shoe concept so they felt a bit weird at first. And the heel is MOST uncomfortable...rubs a blister EVEN with socks on. Not shoes I'd buy to wear on a trip...they'll need some breaking in first.

I've recently become interested in Earth Shoes after suffering back and hip pain. Thought I would give them a try. However, after looking the stores, I couldn't find anything that was remotely attractive. The Intrigue design is definitely more hip than the other Earth designs in my opinion, although, I do get some interesting looks from people when they see them. I think they have made a difference in my posture and the more I wear them the more comfortable they are.

Earth Intrigue - This is an incredibly cute & stylish shoe. This style is narrower in the toe box than other Earth shoes and a little shorter feeling. I ordered a half size larger and they fit fine. The only discomfort I have experienced is from the elastic band on the top -- I have high arches and by the end of the day the elastic has dug into the top of my foot. Be aware that the colors are bright, so be ready for people to notice your shoes(so far, all of the attention has been positive).

First pair of earth shoes a + I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and funky, I wear them with everything. They only took a couple of days to break in and were good for walking the whole time. Even in a 9 and a half my feet don't look big. I would definitely buy more Earth shoes.

Really like the unique look of the shoe. I'm use to wearing Birkenstocks and the width of this shoe was comparable to their narrow..nice. I did have to to exchange this shoe because it ran a half size smaller. Zappos handled my exchange very well and didn't charge my card twice for the replacement order. Shipping it back was effortless too. I'm very happy with shoe and the service overall.

Adorable! These shoes are so cute and extremely comfortable! I didn't have a problem with the width or size like some people did. This is my 3rd pair of Earth shoes, and they do take some getting used to, but once you do it's hard to put on anything else! One note about this shoe: I didn't quite realize how blue the top and side detailing are...I thought they were more neutral. But they're definitely part of the color scheme of the shoe, so take that into account!

I'm impressed! I can actually tell that the negative heel makes my posture better. This shoe is very comfortable, with wonderful materials, and is super soft on the inside, making it comfortable to wear even without socks. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and the contruction of this shoe, since I have never owned or tried on Earth shoes before. Even the packaging was superb; each individual shoe was in a separate cloth bag in the box! I think that the shoe is true to size; I am normally an 8, but because of reviews that this style is a little narrow, I ordered an 8.5. It is slightly long on me, but because of the width and how the shoe conforms to my foot, it is not a disadvatage and fits just fine. My only complaint is that my foot IS squeezed a bit on the sides because of the narrowness. This is my reason for the 4 and not 5 stars on comfort. I love the style and color as well (I got the black) but the negative sole design does make the front of the shoe kind of clunky and a bit duck-like. I still think they are adorable though! I have gotten a lot of compliments. Thank you so much Zappos.com for giving me the added bonus of next day shipping for free.
