Got the Fever- The shoe every woman should have! WOW! What a terrific looking shoe. I love how sexy it makes me feel when I where them. I get compliments from everybody because you can't help but notice them. I hope the Lake Blue color comes back. I will buy them in a minute.

Makes me feel like a million! Love the shoe and it actually feels great. I'm used to a high heel, so I had no problem with this one. Good arch support. Tried to purchase it when I was in Las Vegas recently. Eva Langoria from Desperate Housewives had just bought one in every color 2 days before I got there.

UNBELIEVABLY SEXY! Don't wear these shoes if you want to go unnoticed when you walk into a conference room, your boss's office, a restaurant, bar, or nightclub. These shoes are magnets for both guys and other girls. Everyone tells me how hot they are and how hot I look when I wear these. I wear my quartz blue pumps with a gray, knee-length pencil-cut skirt and baby blue French cuff blouse and gold accessories.

Sexy - These shoes are so sexy! They go great with some of my jeans and look oh so good with a short skirt on. My hubby wants me to wear them all the time. It is a very comfy 4 inch heel, but then again I am used to wearing heels with at least a 4 inch heel on them. I plan to get more colors.

WOW - I bought the Fever stiletto pump in the "lake" color and it is stunning. The very graceful curves, pointy toe, jaw dropping spike heel and the unique color make this a real eye-catching shoe. I've mainly worn it to "dress up" jeans but am looking for a dress that will compliment this great pump.

Heather from Atlanta - I bought these in turqoise they are very hot! Very comfortable for 4 inch stilettos. The quality is very good for the price. I have worn these with a lighter denim jeans and they look oh so sexy peaking out from under my jeans. I am waiting to be able to wear these with a pair of white denim jeans. I would buy every color if the others didn't have the gold color heel.

These are great shoes. Very classy, but yet very sexy. Nothing turns my man more than my short skirt, and these heesl which makes my legs look great. Pricey, but good quality. Need more colors. How about red or black. Zappos would sell a lot more of them.

Great shoe, but have only worn a few times... a helpful hint - They are super narrow and i have a average to narrow foot. Also, they are super short... meaning if your foot is fat or you have a larger than normal foot you'll want to pull out the base lining (the rubber stuff they put under the inside... the padding). Only pull out the toe area and they will fit better. I have only worn these a few times, always when I knew I would be able to sit for long periods - haven't quite worn them out... but they are hot - I have them in tortoise shell.

Beautiful shoe but way too narrow! I don't have particularly wide feet, but I could not even get this shoe on my foot! I own a few other pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes (all in a size 8) which fit fine, so I was surprised by how narrow these were. I was disappointed by how different the fit was compared to other Weitzman shoes that are similar in style. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.

Bringing Sexy Back1 - This shoe has all the elements that I look for in a pump: extreme pointy toe, high stiletto heel w/slight curve and perfect profile views. HOWEVER, if you have any 'imperfections' on baby toe, the cut of shoe across toe can be uncomfortable!

Pretty Good Shoe - The shoe is sexy, but not as comfortable as I read. It was very tight across the front of the foot, but does give a little after a few very uncomfortable wears. I have gotten a larger size because the shoe, despite the tight front, slips off my feet every now and then. The heel is very high. I wouldn't buy another pair, but would not consider returning them either.

I bought the black with the silver tip. It is a beautiful shoe. At first it felt narrow since I have wide feet but not too wide. After wearing them for a couple of hours on and off the shoe stretched a little and towards the end of the day they felt a little more comfortable. The padding on the ball of my feet helped a lot in comfort. They look good wearing pants since its pointy and long looking but even in a skirt/dress it would still look great. Stuart Weitzman makes great shoes for comfort with style.

Showstoppers but Not For Everyone - Usually I have very positive things to say for the shoes that I've purchased - this is one of the first reviews I have given where I am not as happy with the shoe, not because of their look but because of their fit. It took me several returns and exchanges to get the right size but Zappos, as always was great with my "shopping". These shoes definitely will get you the double-take as you walk down the street or aisle at work. In even black crepe, they make give you that incredibly sexy leggy, vampish look and when you're sitting down with your legs crossed, they definitely attract even more attention with their nice profile and perfect spike heel look. I tried to get them in the Red Quasar and imagine that with the right dress, they would stop all traffic around you for all the right reason. Two things - the shoes look longer in the toe than the picture’s shoe, but not terribly. The other tougher thing is the width of the shoe right in the ball of the foot. I had to go to a wide and even then, they were tight the first couple of times I wore them out. Even after a couple of times, they are still tight - I only wear them to activities that I know I'm sitting down (dinner out at a restaurant, etc.) and would not consider anything where you are standing the whole night (reception, etc.). Other nice things, the heels are really nicely shaped and I found that the heel cup and sides were cut just a slight bit lower than some of my other shoes (only 1/8th of an inch or so). That gave the shoe a lower profile but didn't affect the shoe staying on my foot, a nice touch. You really need to be a true medium for these and they are everything that a spike-heeled shoe should be in looks. They exude sexiness but better sitting than standing.

Very disappointing. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I wear size 9.5, ordered them in 9.5 and 10 (since other reviewers advised to go 1/2 size bigger). Well, the 9.5 pair squished and pinched my feet, and size 10 were slipping off my left foot. Back they went. Zappos service is great as always.

Very Stylish - This shoe is very stylish, but also some what uncomfortable. I had to get a whole size larger. If you are going to stand the whole time while wearing them, I suggest you don't. This shoe looks great but is made for sitting.

Sexy shoe, impossible fit - I loved the look of this shoe in the box, and as an inanimate object out of the box. In reality, the shoe is not close to my size - I am a 9 narrow, my perfect fit is a Donald Pliner 9, and my arches are so high I can wear sky-high heels all day - I actually am disappointed that this shoe, and other Weitzman’s, as they are really not designed to be purchased on the Internet - I would caution potential Weitzman buyers to only purchase shoes they try on first until they get their sizing correct. I am returning this, and will not purchase Weitzman’s online!

These shoes are fabulously gorgeous. The cut and stance of this shoe is exactly what I look for in a pump. Classic and sexy, fits true size. For narrow feet.

Best heels ever! I (34 year old) can where these anywhere without anyone thinking it's inappropriate. Normally, I tend to wear 5 inch heels but with a 6th grader, it's starting to trend a little inappropriate. I recently gave birth to twins and during the pregnancy this was exactly the type of shoes I would wear! Perfect height! Nice work Zappos!

Stuart Weitzman's Fever - Absolutely beautiful shoe, I get many compliments when I wear them. I had to go up a half a size but it was worth it. If you ever get more in my size in the crepe fabric, I will jump on it; it is such a gorgeous shoe.

Hot Hot Hot - Love the look of this shoe. And also for a heel as tall as this not uncomfortable. Would highly recommend these shoes to others who wear high heels. Bought them in black and would like to have them in all the colors.

Way to make the Ex sorry! Gorgeous Ferrari-red color, surprisingly easy to walk in, they do take some breaking in for toe's comfort. Unlike most of the other reviewers, I went *down* in size from a 10 N to a 9.5 N and I'm so glad--the heel fits perfectly! I do have a really narrow foot and very high arch, and even on me the N is tight, but I like it for the security when I walk. So if you can ever wear Mediums without significant gapping, I'd go for the medium in this shoe. (The ex got a glimpse of me in the shoes--they say don't get mad, get even....)
