I bought these boots for my husband June of 2008 and they are still going strong. He works outside building electrical substations. So open circuits? Ya! These boots are the best he has ever wore. Usually the soles are falling off after just a few months but with these Timberlands, the only wear is color fading and a worn spot where the steel toe starts at the base of the toe. I think that's excellent for 2 years of 24-7 use! I give these boots an A+ and I am ordering him another pair right now!

Fit is good, a little tougher to break in than most Timberland boots. After a couple weeks of hobbling around they are comfy. Hopefully they last.

Ordered these boots on a Monday afternoon, received on Tuesday! So far, these boots have performed very well. I work in a very wet environment, (produce cooler), and with a little waterproofing, these boots have held up well. Will update when I have worn them longer. For the price, these are a great deal.

These are pretty rugged boots. They're a bit on the heavy side, but the protection they provide is good. They don't breathe that well which makes wearing them for long period uncomfortable, but it is in line with other boots of this style I've worn.

Great shoe and great comfort. I would suggest spraying some of that leather protectant stuff if you want to prolong the look of it. If not, it’s a good sturdy shoe that will do the dirty work; or if you're like me, I wear them casually, but now since they're dirty, I wear ‘em for grinding!! Great boots, great fit. I have narrow heels but these laced up just right. The oil surface sheds snow and the tread works on ice.

Great boot! Once they were broke in (after a couple wears) very comfortable. Only issue I had was the metal tab for the top lace was on my ankle, but after the second day I didn't notice it. I work in a fabrication shop and on tower and they have held up very well.

I love the way this book fits. It is very comfortable. I work on concrete 8 hrs a day and they last about one year of constant walking and running.

These boots are great. They are extremely comfortable. The sizes are accurate. Only thing I don't like is that the steel toe scratches quite easily but they are meant to be used as work boots.

Fantastic boots, comfortable and durable. I love these boots. I wanted a pair of boots that were, above all else, durable. I don't pamper my footwear and I got tired of having to constantly buy tennis shoes once they fell apart after a short life. I rarely buy clothes so when I do I am expecting it to last. These boots last. They have been through deep snow, nasty mud, and submerged in water. They keep my feet dry and they keep their appearance. Even with the steel toe, these boots are light enough that I can use them all day and not feel like I have boots on. I actually prefer them over shoes, including the low Timberland pro dressy shoes I bought. Believe me when I say you won't go wrong with these. I have had them since 2008 and they show no sign of falling apart. Unlike my previous Rocky boots that kept shedding rubber from the sole.

Actually the most comfortable Timberlands that I ever owned. I usually get a pair every year, for about 15 years.

I had ordered boots for my son-in-law one evening as a Christmas present. Right after I placed the order, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I called a customer rep from Zappos and he changed the order for me right away. I received the boots the very next day, nicely boxed! The boots were exactly what my son-in-law wanted! Great boots and the fastest delivery ever! My old soft toe Timberland had more than run their course, so I decided to upgrade to a steel toe. At work I spend most of my time on my feet, offloading tractor trailers so I needed something that could protect my feet and were comfortable, too. I couldn't have ordered anything better! Have had a pair for 3 years now... I got these boots in the spring of 2006 as I was working in automotive shops and needed something rugged, comfortable, and protective. They fit great out of the box and held up for two straight years of hard work. I use them now out in the yard or when I need the extra toe protection (moving)...Great shoe for a great price!

My husband loves Timberland boots. However, this is the first time that he had them that they weren't comfortable from the first time he put them on. On his right ankle there is a support that rubs, and has chaffed so much it has made it raw. He doesn't want to give up the shoes, so he has bent the support away from his ankle so he can continue to wear the boots.

Good for casual use - Great shoe really comfortable but, I work construction and need a more robust shoe. They've been in duty for 3 weeks and I can already see some major wear and tear.

Great for steel toe requirement - Must have steel toe for work, so far these shoes are comfortable, fit well. Price right. Always go for a wider size with steel toe.

These boots are great - These boots are great. I’ve worn a pair to work every day for three years now and not one seam is loose.
