These have become my favorite boots for construction work! The bottoms on these are perfect! No nails go through them whatsoever. Can't wait to purchase my next pair.

I do landscaping work for a living, which means I'm always looking for shoes that can handle everything from ice melt to mud to grass and heavy equipment regulations. Did a lot of research and was really impressed by the reviews for this one, so I bought a pair. Well, despite triple checking the measurements the website provided, the shoes came in too small; my toes ended up all scrunched up. And not by a little, but quite a bit. I probably needed a size to a size and a half larger. So I've sent them back with their nicely included return shipping label and waiting for that to clear before trying again. Other than the sizing, though, I was truly impressed with the shoe. Minus the toe part, it really was comfortable, with nice arch and ankle support. The black colouring was nice, dark, and even (which I realize is a weird thing to worry about, but I look better in blacks rather than browns, so my vanity point appreciates it). And there's just that feeling of quality that came with putting them on. It's hard to describe, but you *know* when something's cheap/badly made. You can just feel it, and these were probably the most quality footwear I've put on in a long time. I'm really looking forward to getting a pair that fits.

I wear this boot all day everyday.I have two very different size feet and leg lengths, the quarter has great support and accommodates a lift and inner-mold.The sole has a great tread pattern that doesn't track dirt badly as I wear them in the house.I would like it to be available waterproof.

Like someone said in another review..."they become part of your feet." I could wear tennis shoes and jeans but I still prefer the comfort of these boots on the weekends. I'm a Truck Driver and we also work on the dock. Our shifts are usually 11-13hrs/day and I have no issues with comfort. Slightly on the heavier side but that's easy to get used to...and probably why they last so long. Also, they are steel toed..I've seen too many foot injuries on the dock. I can't understand why people still take a chance with their feet. Another thing I like about the TimberlandPro is that you can't feel the steel toe inside the shoe at all. I've had other brands where I can and it can drive you crazy...not to mention do a number on your toes.

This will be my second pair of these boots, got nearly 18 months of hard labor out of them. They feel a little stiff the first few days and I was thinking they might take awhile to break in but they became perfect by the third day and wear incredibly. I would not hesitate to purchase them if your work on your feet all day like I do with heavy equipment and highway work. I have had boots that cost twice this with no where near the performance.

I had see quite a few good reviews of this boot and decided to give them a try. They felt very stiff out of the box. I have a wide foot (but not wide enough to wear shoes that are wide). I need a little room in the toebox and this boot didn't give it to me. The boot felt a size or little less too small and pretty narrow throughout.
I'd also recommend:

I work in a auto shop so these come in handy when we have oil/fluid spills and the steel toe doesn't bother me at all like some other brands
