The shoe is well made. But the 6" height hurts my ankles to the point that I can't walk in them. I've had other 6" boots before but none of them hurt at all. I'd exchange them for other ones if I could.

Really appreciate my boots.

I originally purchased this boot in a size 13, width D, but they felt too small and narrow - smaller and narrower than the size 13 boots they were meant to replace, which were also a bit on the small side for me (I wear a 13 in dress shoes, 14 in casual/gym shoes). I exchanged the 13 D for a size 14 EE (my first time ever having to order a wider shoe/boot) and the 14 EE boots are more comfortable, if a little on the big side. I think I'm actually a 13.5 but it's hard to find any shoes in that size, so if you're in the realm where half sizes don't really exist then I'd size up and maybe get the wider version. I only wear work boots while doing yard work/DIY home repair stuff, but I'll wear them for several hours at a time and my old boots were too small and made my feet hurt. I've only worn these twice for more than a couple of hours and they feel much better, if a bit on the big side. I don't like my boots to have too much flash - just plain lines and useful features. These boots match that description, save for the patch near the heel. But again, these boots are for function, not style.

Finding shoes that are comfortable for me, especially work shoes, has always been incredibly difficult. I was skeptical of buying these because the last pair of timberland boots I had did not support my arched feet and put extreme pressure on my heels which lead to sore feet, legs, and back. These boots were a pleasant surprise. I’m able to work comfortably in them. They aren’t too heavy, which has always been a problem for me with steel toed boots. These have great support for my arches and are insanely comfortable and fit great. I wear them for everything, not just work which really tells me how comfortable they truly are.

All I can tell you is, I'm absolutely in love with these boots. I might just sleep in them tonight.

They look very nice but not comfortable at the end of the day. And they caused an abrasion/scratch on my feet.

Eyelets broke immediately on purchase, others bent. Reinforced leather prevents tight lacing. Hasn't leaked yet, and tight lacing does a good job of keeping water out. Tendency to fully crease after well-broken-in, risking injury to toes because of steel toe edge.

The shoe fit perfect. Probably the best fitting shoe I have ever bought. The shoes were delivered sooner then thought. Super glad I bought this shoes and from this company.

I have only worn the boots for one day. They were comfortable and warm.

Bought these for my dad overall he said he enjoyed the shoes and that we would get them again. The size he got were true to the description and seem durable so far.

Fit well, considering my husband has very wide (4E) feet. He's worn them to work everyday and his feet don't hurt, and they seem sturdy. Will consider these again when he needs steel toe boots next.

Super comfortable I'm on my feet at least 8 long hours , and I have no complaints.
