These boots ROCK! I love them. They are fun and funky and beautiful. I get compliments every time I wear them. I'm b/t a 5.5 and 6 and ordered the 6 due to reading that they ran small. They do not run small on my foot and I could have done with the 5.5 but the 6 has a bit of room and is fine. I can't say enough about them. They are absolutely gorgeous and unique enough to fit the "cowboy boot trend" that's going on now but will certainly remain a mainstay of my shoe wardrobe for years and years go come!

Happy Feet - I've got happy feet whenever wearing my tri-colored Luccheses. A gift to me for my 60th birthday. These, my first pair, will not be my last. In fact, my husband is thinking about getting a pair for his 65th after hearing me comment how comfortable they are. I needed a 1/2 size smaller and was delighted by the service Zappos gave me. The return and resend was almost overnight and though I ordered my first pair only a week before the 'big day,' I had my second shipment with correct fit in time for my birthday. They are comfortable, fun and young and well, give me happy feet!

n7180 - I normally have the shoe size between 81/2 or 9 and I have a narrow foot. I thought about ordering a size 9 to begin with but then thought that after time and wear it may become stretched and be too big so I ordered an 8 1/2 which fit fine. The width is good(I expected it to be wider but am glad that it wasn't) since leather will stretch so much. The heal slips and when I thought about ordering an 8 for a tighter fit I was told that cowboy boots are supposed to slip in the heel. I think that a smaller size would have worked for me but the 8 1/2 will be fine. So I would recommend ordering the size smaller if you fluctuate between 1/2 and whole sizes. I was dissapointed that there were no size 8 available. The service and delivery was great.

Best Boots Ever! What do Italians know about cowboy boots? The back story is that Sam Lucchese immigrated to Texas in 1883 and brought with him the beauty, craftsmanship and functionality of Italian design. The boots are still handmade and beautiful today. They are incredibly comfortable and fit like a glove. I live in NYC, and every time I wear them I get lots of compliments, from both downtown hipster and uptown ladies who lunch. They are worth every penny for looks and comfort!

Earth and sky - I call this boot earth and sky. I can't say enough for how they look and feel on. The colors are gorgeous for those who are bold. The quality is unmistakeable. They fit perfectly even with fairly big socks ( from reviews I had worried that they might be either too narrow or small). It took me back to my childhood when my mother had a shoemaker make me a pair of leather boots with little white stars. It was this magical thing of wearing something beautiful but tough that felt great on my feet. Now and then you have to invest in a fine pair of boots that feel like heaven.

Awesome! This is my 2nd pair of Lucchese boots and they are awesome!!! The colors are a little brighter than what is pictured here. I have a narrow foot (size 9.5) so they are roomy, but still fit well in the 9.5 size. The boots are extremely comfortable for long stretches of standing and walking. In fact, I have never had shoes as comfortable as Lucchese boots. Best of all, I have had tons of compliments with people even calling out to me to tell me how great they look! They are absolutely gorgeous, extremely well made and get lots of attention, whether pants are tucked in or not. With boots that look this great, it will be hard to wear anything else now, except for more Luchese boots which I plan to buy soon. My Lucchese boots are now becoming like best friends! Zappos service was great again. I got my boots in 1 day.

My favorite boots ever! These are truly great boots. They are beautiful and unique, and very nicely made. I get many compliments on these boots. They look great with a belt with turquoise in it. The boots do run quite narrow, but any boot shop will stretch them for you. I had mine stretched width-wise overnight and now they fit great. I always wear my new boots for a couple of hours a day to break them in. But these were so comfortable that I wore them all day long, and then wore them dancing that night. At the end of the night the boots still felt great. And I am very particular about the fit of my boots.

Earth and sky lit my room - These boots are incredible!!!the colors of earth and sky. I worried from reviews that they might be small or narrow but they fit like a glove even with bigger socks. I may sound crazy but these boots make me smile. They are an investment well worth it. The colors are gorgeous. The leather and craftmanship are top quality. They remind me of when I was a kid and my mom had a shoe maker make me brown leather boots with stars. I wore them all the time until they wore out. God Bless Lucchese!!!

These boots were MADE for walking! These are seriously the most comfortable and colorful boots you'll ever find! If you want a pair of boots that nobody else has, buy these. Not only are they unique they are also very comfortable. They are very narrow so make sure you buy them 1/2 size larger then you normally wear. You can't go wrong with these on your feet!

I Love them! I recently ordered the pink Lucchese's and got these as a birthday gift! I love them!

My Wife Loved Them - After our dog chewed up my wife's favorite cowboy boots, I had to find a good replacement. These Lucchese's filled the bill. Really a good looking ladies boot with some flair but not too much. She's happy and the dog and me are back in her good graces.

Retro Cool - These boots are the bomb if you are looking for a reasonably priced reto western boot. I live in Texas and everyone wants to know where I got them! The color and the fit are perfect.

AWESOME worthy centerpiece for any boot altar - Place these awesomely beautiful boots on your boot altar and the goddess will be pleased indeed. Even husbands who normally cringe just to hear the word boots will remark at their loveliness and color and hardly notice the price. The fit is cushy and comfortable from the start - no pinching on the toes either. Take a chance and try another style in this brand, I did and the goddess is very very pleased. And my husband has yet to die in the poor house like he thought. There's plenty of time for that.

The boot - This is the second pair of Lucchese boots I've ordered from Zappos- one pair for my wife and one pair for me - need I say more - Great price - great service - great quality...

Lucchese N7180 - Normally wear from a 6 to 6 1/2 but had to order a 7 in this boot for it felt a bit short and a bit narrow. Seven fit fine. However f you wear very thin socks, the 6 1/2 might work for you.

Wow! Bought these puppies second hand (new was out of my range), and they are great, but I never would have gotten them without the Zappos reviews. One of the great things about Zappos, aside from the service is the opportunity to get the true opinions of real customers. I have bought boots and other items from Zappos before, and I think that what keeps me coming back is the feeling that Zappos really wants its customers to be satisfied and make educated decisions. Thanks Zappos, my feet are happy!

I love these boots. I have sensitive feet, so, when I travel, I have to change shoes every day. Or I did, until I bought these boots. I love them. I have received compliments on these from Cirque du Soleil performers, Austin street folk, airport employees, physicians. Everybody loves them. But not as much as I do. They fit like a dream. If only the rest of life was this easy.

These are the most comfortable, best-fitting boots in my closet! (And I have at least 12 pair to compare them with.) They fit perfectly with a thin sock. I ordered my normal shoe size, despite some reviewers' advice to the contrary, and I couldn't be happier with the fit. I danced for 3 hours the first night I wore them, and it was the first time my feet didn't hurt at all by the end of the evening. And the fact that they are a fun-looking boot is a bonus. Everyone loved them! These are my first Luccheses, but they won't be my last! I've spent a lot of money on Old Gringos, because I love the styles, but I wear them despite the poor fit, and find myself limping in pain after a night of Texas 2-Step. My feet are hard to fit in a boot, since I have high arches and narrow heels. Lucchese is my new "go to" boot for dancing!

These boots are fabulous! I love them, they are like a work of art. I have received many compliments. I usually wear an 8 but a 7½ in these boots fit like a glove.

A fine representation of grand ol' Texas! Y’all will want to walk to El Paso, Texas to thank the makers of this incredible boot. It is delicious - fabulous - full o' fun with lots of kick! I have the most finicky feet this side of the Rio Grande but, these boots were heaven - right out of the box. Heaven in a boot for sure!

Another fabulous Lucchese boot - I just got these today (ordered them yesterday - yeah Zappos!) and I had to write a review. These boots are waaaaayyy more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship, the colors and the vintage styling make this boot stunning. Comfortable out of the box, which has been my experience with all the Lucchese boots.

Bold and Beautiful! These babies are as gorgeous as other reviewers have noted, but definitely not for you if you don't like your feet to draw attention. They're eye grabbers! Excellent fit right out of the box; I wear a 9.5 in Charlie 1 Horse and Frye; ordered a 9.5 in these and they were fine. Be sure you know you're buying a shorty boot--at 10", the shaft on these is quite short. Not much of a problem with jeans, of course, and the shorter height should be nice for summer. I almost couldn't wait for these boots to arrive, and thanks to Zappos' amazing service, I almost didn't have to. I placed the order Saturday evening; they arrived the following Tuesday. I've never dealt with another company that does it as well or as fast!

Lucchese N4513- Earth and Sky- I really, really wanted to love these boots. I had been eyeing these boots for several months, and when they went on sale, I saw my chance. All the reviews were stellar, and as I am into boots, I thought that these would be a great addition to my cowboy collection (which now includes Frye, Old Gringo, and 2 pairs of Roper boots). Alas, I was in for a disappointment. Although these boots are as gorgeous as all the other reviewers said, they are simply too narrow for my wide forefoot. The toe is quite pointy, and it just wouldn't accommodate my foot. Sadly, I am sending them back. However, on the bright side, I ordered the Frye Lily boot in antique gold at the same time, and I adore those boots! They are not quite as eye-catching as these Lucchese boots, but they are much more comfortable for me, and beautiful in a more subdued, vintage way.

WHEN YOU'RE READY FOR THE REAL THING... Ok,if you worship at the altar of Zappos and are thinking of springing for a pair of these babies, you obviously want to make a statement. I love what one customer wrote (and she's dead on): "These are not for beginners". If you think that the boots will wear YOU, rather than the other way around, look for something less flamboyant. The color combination is at once strange--and absolutely compelling. Photos do not do justice to the beautiful robin's egg blue leather, and the red shaft is a gorgeous carmine. The woman who covets these boots loves to strut her stuff (you know who you are). The fit is a bit different than shoes--the boot fits snugly around the instep and has some give in the heel. If you're tempted to buy 1/2 a size smaller, resist. (This is especially tempting to size 9s and up--you know it's true!) The heel does has some give; if that's a problem, play with socks and heel grips until you feel comfortable. Your toes will thank you after having worn them for many hours; you'll grow accustomed to the style (and get spoiled by the comfort and craftsmanship). One thing--the shaft is on the short side and somewhat wide, so if you want to wear these with skirts, you need good legs--or a longish skirt. Zappos sent these overnight--rock on, Zappos! Enjoy!! (P.S.) If your pair doesn't fit, return them just the way you got them, please! Stuffing and all! Walk on carpet!! There's another rabid Zappos customer waiting for her chance to enjoy those brand-new shoes or boots!

NO BETTER BOOT- Kudos and accolades for Lucchese. This style is just gorgeous and fits like a dream. Felt as if I was walking on air. By far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. True to size.
