These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have them in all 3 colors. This is my 2nd pair of black ones. Wanted to make sure I could replace them before I wore them out.

I bought these Rocket Dog Stokers over 4 years ago when an injury made walking very and permanently challenging for me. I have worn them almost every day since and love them. The fit is secure with the extra width I need, and the broad platform sole helps keep me stable. I got the taupe color which goes with everything I have...grey, black, navy, olive, tan...I hope to replace them (in that color) before they go the way of other extinct things! They were an accidental find, at a reasonable price, that has delivered an exceptional result.

I love these shoes. At first I was a bit concerned with the unusual shape, but I have to say that these are very comfortable and look great on. I wanted something easy to put on because I have arthritis, but still like to be fashionable. These shoes are both.

This is my second pair of these shoes. My second only because I wore the first pair so often they wore out! Very comfortable and versatile. Love them!

I did not buy these shoes for myself, I got them for my mom and she loves them! she says they are super comfy, great support and overall the best shoe if you are going to do lots of walking.

Velcro over the instep is perfect for my high instep. I wanted a runaround shoe that was easy to slip on & off, don't need to be cleaned all the time, comfy and at least somewhat stylish, & that's just what I got. I actually find them cute looking. Also, I have a wide foot, so I have to look for shoes that come in size "W". I am very happy with these and thank you Zappos. :)

I am very pleased with my Rocket Dog Stokers. They are a wonderful shoe. The wide toe bed makes the difference. I have a difficult time finding shoes I can wear. These are perfect.

These Rocket Dog Stokers give me plenty of room to include my own arch orthotics which I always need to wear and comfortable space in the toe box so as not to put pressure on my bunions. And they have a sturdy, well balanced sole. I can walk in them for miles all day on city streets and feel great. I think they would also hold up to a bit of messy weather. I like their appearance because they are as neutral as possible for this type of shoe but do keep in mind that the toe box also looks roomy.

I have these in tan, brown and black. Replaced the insole with cushy insoles and they are the best in comfort. I have had 4 pairs and will get another pair as they are the most comfy shoes. I have had multiple foot surgeries and found these shoes to be some of the best investments I have ever made for my feet.

These shoes were a godsend during a recent two week trip to Japan. In fact, I can't imagine a more perfect shoe for travel. I needed a nice-looking walking shoe (better than a sneaker) that I could walk in all day, slip on and off easily, and could accommodate my very wide foot. I always struggle with finding a shoe that is wide enough in the toe-box and doesn't crush my pinky toe. Even Keens, which are very wide, are often not wide enough for me. Based on the very useful reviews here, I bought my size (7.5) and, to my utter shock, they fit like a glove. The breaking-in period was very short -- good thing, too, as I got them only two weeks before we left for our trip. I found the Rocketdog inner sole to be a bit too thin and firm, but a pair of cheap, super-cushy Dr. Scholl's foam inserts made this shoe perfect. I walked in them for 8+ hours per day, and they held up beautifully. The Velcro made them very quick and easy to slide off and on again in Japan, where this is a cultural necessity. Another reviewer said the wide toe-box made the shoe unattractive. I guess that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as I think they look chunky, sturdy and cute. Sure, they're not Manolo Blanhiks, but that's not why you're buying them, is it? Fortunately, I think the wideness of the shoe is very customizable due to the Velcro strap, just as it would be with laces. In summary, if you have a foot that loves a big, wide toe-box that doesn't compress and crunch your toes, and you're looking for nice-looking, sturdy walking shoe at a good price, you simply can't go past this shoe. Can I give eleven out of ten?

These shoes are the most awesome shoes I have ever owned! Not only are they an awesome looking shoe, there is so much room for my wide feet. These shoes have never hurt my feet. Some people on here said the sizes ran small and I did not find that to be true. Please never stop making this shoe!

Love these shoes and they make your foot look so small. They run a half size too large; I returned them for an 8, which I never wear. So warm and comfy!

Perfect everyday shoes - I've been looking for the perfect everyday shoe. These shoes are comfortable, cute, and inexpensive. They're not as casual as tennis shoes and go well with jeans. I have four other pairs of Rocket Dog shoes and they all fit perfectly.

I really like the fact that these shoes work with all kinds of different outfits. I also like that they have a really thick sole. It allows me to wear some of my longer pants with them. The only con is that they are really flat. They really don't have any arch support. Otherwise, I love them!
