Ordered size 9 black on black, got size 6 blue-ish green. Very sad.

I've been wanting a pair of these specific Tivas for a long time and finally decided to make the plunge and buy a pair. They seem perfect for my commutes in a variety of weather and with some upcoming travel abroad, even more appropriate. Unfortunately, they were beyond uncomfortable. The straps on the sandals were really, really tight on my toes and foot. It was hard to get my foot in even though the size of the actual sandal was right. I tried a size up and the same issue ocurred. Also, the fabric that they use for the straps is really rough and scratchy. I might have kept them and tried to break them in a bit but the actual fabric was a dissapointment as well so that sealed the deal. I would still consider buying a pair down the line if there were improvements made on both fronts as I still think they could be really functional!

What happened to the original Mandalyn wedge of two years ago? The new style doesn't even compare. The straps are too tight, the wedge is too "mushy" and doesn't give the support of the original, and I had to buy a full size larger than my normal size 8. Would never buy this style again...please bring back the original!

I was so excited to wear these sandals but sadly, my foot is too wide and the straps too stiff. They rub in all the wrong places. I sent them back and ordered the Mandalyn 2 and am very satisfied with them, however, I wish the Ola had a little bit of elastic built into the straps. Then I might be able to wear them!!! I still love Teva and own the Original Mush as well. I recommend Teva to everyone.

After trying several sizes of this shoe my right big toe still hung over the edge. I had read several other reviews with this same problem and just thought it was their feet that were the problem. Our feet are great! It's the shoe design that's bad.=(

Did not end up keeping shoe. Poor cut, poor design around big toe area. Big toes stuck out over the edge of shoe no matter which size I tried on. I have several other pairs of Teva shoes and have never had this problem. Thank God for their awesome return policy.

I have two pair of these sandles. The second pair I purchased are fine & I wear them all the time. The first pair the straps between the big toe and second toe are sewn so wrongly there is no way to wear them at all. I still plan to return the first pair.

I have been wearing this style of Teva sandal for four years and have been delighted in the past. This is the first time I have ever ordered online because I couldn't find my size 10 in any of the usual stores. I'm so disappointed in how they fit. The straps hit about 1/2 - 3/4" forward on the outside of my foot and it is very very uncomfortable.

I am very disappointed in this shoe. I wore them a few times but they squeak so loudly I'm embarrassed to walk in them. They also hurt my feet and do not feel safe. These are an ankle breaker for sure. The wedge is so soft it bends and rolls around under my foot. Teva stopped selling the flats I am in love with. The platform flats had the same strap design. I gave these new ones a shot and I'm so sorry I did. I wish I hadn't thrown out the receipt and box from my mail order.

I ordered several pairs of flip flops before realizing that the heel/sole had changed. I am not a fan of the new style. It seems cheaper and the flops are just as expensive. I won't be ordering more unfortunately.

I use to love these sandals but then they went and redesigned them. They feel cheaper, the sizes seem to run smaller and they are WAY less comfortable then the former design. Fortunately I still have a few pairs from the former way they were made/designed. I really wish they had not done this as I will no longer be buying this sandal. The new design is not at all comfortable,

I ordered these as my 4th pair of Teva's because I thought they were cute and wanted to try a different style than the regular that my other 3 are (I've been wairing Teva's for about 10 years!). All of my others are 10's and fit PERFECTLY so I ordered a 10. They came and the straps were so tight I almost couldn't get my foot in and when I did get my foot in it was hanging off in all directions! I was so disappointed! I do not have a wide foot nor do 10's normally run small on me (in any brand!) but these seemed more like a 9 than a 10! I've run into some problems exchanging them on top of the hassle and disappointment of returning them. I hope that the 11's actually fit! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN CHANGE OF THE FOOTBED!!! This may be my last pair of Teva's. I normally tell EVERYONE about my flip flops and how comfy and long lasting they are now if I tell anyone I'll have to tell them to get a whole size bigger for any hope of fitting.

I was very disappointed. I already had a pair and LOVED them! When I started wearing the new pair, the material used squeaks!!! It is awful!

The straps were different lengths on each sandal. One shoe fit loosely, and the other was too tight. And no, I don't have odd sized feet. For [$] flip flops, these were just a FLOP!!!

I'm very unhappy with the color of the footbed on the Whenever Brown footbed. It is now Black, I didn't notice that when buying. I've purchased at 3 maybe 4 pair of the browns and will not wear the new ones. I'm also very unhappy with the new design of the footbed, it has more of a point at the toe, just not happy.

Sandals hurt my toes, strap gave me a blister on side of foot. Not what I expected and not comfortable at all.

I wear sandals all sommer, wanted something that would feel good and look nice. They do look nice, but after wearing them for only a month there is quite a bit of wear and tear, and they put a little rubber tag right where your heal sat that began to hurt my feet when i walked, I ended up taking it off, but now I dont even wear them, they are just sitting by the door. Also when they get wet they are slippery, so no beach or boating with them.

I am so sad about the change made to this shoe. I've owned four pair previously and loved them. I wore them a long time and they were my favorite summer casual shoe and the best flip-flops ever. The new pair I was so excited about turned out to be so different! The straps are too loose. It's just not the same wonderful flip-flop it used to be. I'm very disappointed. As another reviewer commented: this is the first pair I've ordered with 'Mush' written on the heel. Please bring back the old style Olowahu.

I wore these sandals to work ONE TIME and as soon as I took them off they REEKED. I have heard this about Teva before, but decided to buy anyways because of comfort. I was incredibly disappointed to find out that I wouldn't even get more than one real use out of them. In other words, I'm sad.

I returned the sandals because they did not fit. They were too small.

I am not new to TEVA and have several older MUSH flips but my last few purchases have been a disappointment. I bought 2 pr of this version and sent them both back. For starters, they are pretty narrow in the footbed and the straps were very inconsistent. One pr had a single set of straps that were too large, and on the other pr, all the straps were so tight I couldn't get the flip on my foot. This is one flip that I would wait to purchase in person, if you do not like sending things back. I will try it again because it is too cute to resist - but only if I find it in a store.

I LOVE MY TEVA SO MUCH I BUY A PAIR EVERY SPRING THIS IS MY 5TH PAIR. AWAYS SAME STYLE JUST DIFFERENT COLOR. BUT THIS YEAR SEEMS LIKE ME STRAPS ARE DIFFERENT. THEY ARE WAY TOO BIG.

the sole is much thinner than previous years, it is not nearly as comfortable!
