I returned the sandals twice in hopes of getting a larger size, only to be sent the exact same size, then a refund. Never received the sandal:(

Unfortunately, I cannot wear a sandal with a thong between the big toe and second toe. The thong is painful and rubs a blister on inside of both toes. Some years ago Teva made a sandal with 2 crisscross straps that held the shoe on securely while letting the toes be free. I bought several pairs. I tried one but I need to return the others. very disappointed, I bought these about 4 years ago, still have them, LOVE them. These new one aren't anything like them. I they are too narrow and the straps are not even. I returned them.

I bought the same size as before but these are too small. when I held the up beside each other, the new ones are smaller

I have purchased at least 10 pairs of this flip flop. This order is too big and too wide.

Toe post is located too close to front edge allowing toes to go off front of shoe.

I could not actually get this on my foot. It wasn't just too tight or a half size too small; it was like my foot would need to be a pancake to slide in under the webbing.

terrible sizing and quality control, terrible customer service, still waiting on an exchange that is not our fault, getting ready to return for refund and never buy another teva product again

My feet look like little fat sausages squeezed in these. So disappointed as I had ordered two other styles recently that I adore. These I will offer to my sister who has very narrow feet or return.

I've had several pairs of Teva in the past and ordered two pair in this style and they are very narrow. My feet slide off of them a lot.

I'm very frustrated. I had one pair of these that I loved, so I decided to order a second pair. When I tried it on, it seemed to be defective as one strap (on each) was way too loose. I exchanged it, but the replacement was exactly the same. I tried a third time (same style but different color), and one pair fits great while the other has a loose strap! I hope Teva can get this figured out because I really do like this style!

I returned these because they were uncomfortable. Wish TEVA would restock the ribbon contoured flip.

too small after right size was ordered...

The left sandal was great and fit true to size. The right was the same length but not not made the same. The heel was shorter and the length between the toe and end was shorter, thus my toe hung over. I have not ever had that problem before. I exchanged for a new pair. I hope it is made more consistently or I cannot purchase Teva's any longer.

This pair replaced a pair purchased five years ago. Unlike my original pair that fit perfectly right out of the box, this pair began wearing a sore spot on my toe after only a couple of hours. The straps don't fit on my foot correctly; my little toes keep slipping out of the straps. I have always loved Teva as a brand I could count on for high quality and very comfortable footwear that needs no "breaking in". This appears to have changed since I purchased my first pair. I am extremely disappointed in this latest pair and have returned them for a refund. I am afraid to take a chance on a third pair. After reading other recent negative reviews, I'm concerned the quality of the materials and/or workmanship have changed enough that the Olowahu sandal has lost its reputation as being a dependable, comfortable, long-lasting shoe.

This is the second time I've ordered this style online and both times I've had to return them due to quality control issues. On both pairs at least one strap was too short, making for an uncomfortable fit. I've purchased this style in retail stores without this problem, so I'm not sure why I keep getting defective ones when I order online--dsappointing and frustrating. Great style if they're not defective!

Ordered size 9 black on black, got size 6 blue-ish green. Very sad.

I've been wanting a pair of these specific Tivas for a long time and finally decided to make the plunge and buy a pair. They seem perfect for my commutes in a variety of weather and with some upcoming travel abroad, even more appropriate. Unfortunately, they were beyond uncomfortable. The straps on the sandals were really, really tight on my toes and foot. It was hard to get my foot in even though the size of the actual sandal was right. I tried a size up and the same issue ocurred. Also, the fabric that they use for the straps is really rough and scratchy. I might have kept them and tried to break them in a bit but the actual fabric was a dissapointment as well so that sealed the deal. I would still consider buying a pair down the line if there were improvements made on both fronts as I still think they could be really functional!

What happened to the original Mandalyn wedge of two years ago? The new style doesn't even compare. The straps are too tight, the wedge is too "mushy" and doesn't give the support of the original, and I had to buy a full size larger than my normal size 8. Would never buy this style again...please bring back the original!

I was so excited to wear these sandals but sadly, my foot is too wide and the straps too stiff. They rub in all the wrong places. I sent them back and ordered the Mandalyn 2 and am very satisfied with them, however, I wish the Ola had a little bit of elastic built into the straps. Then I might be able to wear them!!! I still love Teva and own the Original Mush as well. I recommend Teva to everyone.

After trying several sizes of this shoe my right big toe still hung over the edge. I had read several other reviews with this same problem and just thought it was their feet that were the problem. Our feet are great! It's the shoe design that's bad.=(

Did not end up keeping shoe. Poor cut, poor design around big toe area. Big toes stuck out over the edge of shoe no matter which size I tried on. I have several other pairs of Teva shoes and have never had this problem. Thank God for their awesome return policy.

I have been wearing this style of Teva sandal for four years and have been delighted in the past. This is the first time I have ever ordered online because I couldn't find my size 10 in any of the usual stores. I'm so disappointed in how they fit. The straps hit about 1/2 - 3/4" forward on the outside of my foot and it is very very uncomfortable.

I have two pair of these sandles. The second pair I purchased are fine & I wear them all the time. The first pair the straps between the big toe and second toe are sewn so wrongly there is no way to wear them at all. I still plan to return the first pair.
