I have a couple older p[airs of these and love them, but the size seems to be different when it comes to the straps this time around. They are terribly tight - I can barely get my feet into them. Love my old pair but I have to return these unfortunately.

I have purchased these in the past and loved them. Not the same. They feel to wide, bottom strap seems to be in wrong place and rubs. Too bad I slid them on and ran out the door or I would have returned them. On a positive note, I ordered two pairs of another style and love them.

They should go back to selling the old flip flops that that the thin straps. Just two thin straps on the flip flops. Those ones are the most comfortable. I do not know why they quit selling them.

I was so excited to get these sandals, but when I got them, the straps were so weirdly placed that my pinky toe kept popping out of the side - very uncomfortable!

I wear Teva flip flops every day in the summer...to the pool, to work with casual skirts, out to dinner if we're walking to a nearby restaurant... I take them to work to change into if I'm chasing kids a lot (I work at an elementary school) or to relieve tired feet that have been stuck in heels all day. These flip flops are cute and have a narrower, possibly more feminine wedge than the previous version but this newer version feels too narrow across the front and too flimsy. They feel like they will wear out quickly. I looooove the old version and the four pair I've had for YEARS are finally starting to look tired, which is why I bought new ones. I'm so sad that the style has changed so much. If there are some old, size 9's in a warehouse somewhere I'd love to buy them!

I bought my first pair of these a few years ago and loved them from the moment I put them on my feet. Since they didn't look like a flip flop, I could get away with wearing them to work.. Then one of them got lost in a move and I bought a new pair.... The new pair is completely unwearable. The straps are FAR FAR too short and don't feel at all like the same shoe.. super sad.

I bought these flip flops to wear to the pool for my job (lifeguarding) I thought they would be perfect for everyday use. Except, a couple weeks after I bought them the heal of the shoe gave out and they are so stiff and uncomfortable now.

I'm a great fan of Teva but was disappointed in this sandal. I was hoping for a sturdier foot bed and straps that held the sandal closer to your foot.

I bought these to replace the pair I have had for several years. I bought the same size but these are much larger but not in length. Way too sloppy to be comfortable.

All past Teva purchases, including this style, have been outstanding. They fit well, don't fall off or walk out of my feet. They have more support than most flips and have always been worth the extra money. NOT THESE!! I wear a medium width shoe and this pair was made for a wide foot. All prior Tevas were snuggly fitting when purchased, quickly stretching out with a few wearings to a permanent comfortable. Wish the ads had mentioned a newer sizing policy. Would have looked elsewhere. Now I'm stuck with flips that fall off unless I suffer from water retention or a broken foot.

I bought these because I had similar ones that I bought three years ago. I thought they were the same. They are not. They are much smaller than the older style. I consistently wear a size 7, and I ordered the 7 and they are definitely too small. They are also much narrower than the old style, and just a big disappointment. I bought two pairs, and am still wearing my old beat up ones from three years ago. Definitely order a size up.

I will need to exchange the sandal because it does not fit well. I ordered the wide and it is too tight on my foot. I love Teva but this one did not work for me.

These used to be my favorite sandal. I've owned many pairs over the years and have recommended them to many after receiving lots of compliments. Sadly, the shoes I received in my last replacement order don't seem the same. They look exactly the same but aren't as supportive as my former sandals. I also noticed that I can not wear them for long periods anymore as they give me major heel and knee pain. I am so disappointed because these were the best. I have retracted all my recommendations to my loved ones and hope they don't ruin their feet with these. If this is due to a change in materials, I sincerely hope Teva does the right thing and goes back to materials that are truly supportive for the foot and not just their bottom line.

One of the straps that comes up between the toes and goes to the outside of the foot is so tight that I took it to a shoe repair shop to add a 1/4 inch piece of elastic (at an expense) to help relieve this. It helped minimally. Another strap that goes over the little toe is also a bit snug. I really like the sandal and was hoping that the repair shop would make it fit better for me. No luck so far. These are only good for wearing around the house for short periods of time. Perhaps next time TEVA could use a stretchier material and make them with enough room for a normal foot, like they did several years ago.

I use the Olowahu sandal for both casual and semi-dressy occasions due to their versatility both color and style-wise. The length is perfect but I wish they came in a wider size; I am having a very painful time trying to break them in. The other Olowahu sandals I own have different, softer straps and fit beautifully. These new ones have a courser strap. This makes me hesitant to buy online again. My other pairs, which fit well, were bought in-store. I am rating this new pair only two stars due to their fit. :(

I have been buying these for YEARS and now I buy four pairs and they are so cheap, no arch system, no stability, no durability. I am truly disappointed In the only sandal I have been buying for YEARS!!! They are a good price but at the price they aren't worth it. I am disappointed in TEVA for ruining a great product!!! I am sending these back and demand you ring back a product you can be proud of!

I really like the look of the product. I just can't wear them because it hurts my right foot too much. The left one is great. I would like to try another pair. I tried my daughters and they fit really good and they don't hurt so I know there is a defect I would in this pair. I would recommend this to a friend if I can get a pair to fit right. I was very disappointed I looked in all the stores to get a pair and I had to order them. There's nothing like trying a pair on first and then you know how they are going to fit. I will be sending these back bu I would like to try another pair.

These look great; I wish they fit my feet. The support hit my feet in the wrong place & also appeared to be a size too small so I returned them. I wear 6 1/2-7 normally; in these my heel was over the edge.

What happened to Tevas? This Olowahu has an oddly shaped forefoot. And the heels twist out to the side so that part of my heels are on the ground - just like what happens with cheap flip-flops ! Its a little too narrow and has a rounded point in the wrong spot for your toes. Some of my BOYFRIENDS have had feet with this exact shape! But MINE arent shaped anything like this. And it looks like almost all the new tevas have this contour! I just dont get it. I

One of the straps on this pair was so wide that my narrow foot wouldn't stay on the sole. I have had at least 8 pair and have never had a problem. I will exchange this pair once and if the problem repeats itself, I will have to purchase in a store where I can look for even straps. This flip flop is normally very comfortable and stays on my narrow foot. The arch support is excellent!

I've owned Teva flip flops for years. They are the only ones that don't bother me between my big toes- until now. Not sure if something has changed in sizing or style, but my heel is nearly falling off the back, and after 2 hours of wear my big toe was so sore and red that I had to go out and buy a new pair of shoes! I have never had to "break-in" my Teva flip flops before! Very disappointed this time.

Bought a few of these pair about 5 years ago. They WERE great then. stayed on your feet with no problems, extra comfortable. Somewhere along the line, they changed the straps to fit fat people / feet??? Now I am super disappointed that these wonderful shoes no longer work with my normal feet. I am 5'5" and weigh 120. If you have wide or larger feet, these will work for you. With the new straps, these just fly right off my feet! Too bad Teva won't get smart and offer them in "narrow" and what they consider "normal". They would sell a TON of them.
