the straps don't allow for any adjustment and this is very annoying because, as they are, they angle my foot so the heel doesn't land in the center of the heel pad on the shoe so I have to actively try and keep the shoe on all the time.
Love the cushiness of the foot bed!
Super cute!

I own three pairs of the original Mandalyn Wedge and just bought the new "Mush" design. Must say I am disappointed with the changes to my favorite sandal. Even though I purchased my regular size, the new mush sandal is shorter in length, narrow in width, does not feel comfortable and the topsole is fraying. Very poor construction. It appears that you are trying to cut production costs and the new product falls short of your standards and mine. Please reconsider and return to the tried and true original Wedge

I have been waiting with anticipation to receive these highly reviewed flips...and was disappointed when I first tried them on. I am a size 10B. My right foot is slightly longer than my left, but not wider. The left sandal fit a bit too loose (might fall off if wet), the right was too tight (my toe might fall off from poor circulation). I put on my Vans size 10 that I've had for 4 years and was surprised at the length difference between the two brands. Teva was certainly more lush and cushy, being new, but the additional straps did nothing for my comfort.

This shoe need a little arch support -- it is too flat and causes your foot to slide around. Also, for me, need a little more room (fullness) in the straps. It was too tight or my foot is too full.

These are such cute, comfortable flip-flops. The diagonal straps are very flattering. They're a little dressier than regular Mush flip-flops. Unfortunately, these seem to be more narrow than my other Tevas. I could barely get my foot through the straps and sizing up didn't help. I'm sure they would be great if you have normal-sized or narrow feet :)

I got a pair of similar Teva sandals 2 years ago and they are finally wearing out after they were my go to sandal for a long time. I came back to get more and I'm happy with how comfortable they are- so easy to throw on quickly to run an errand or run to class.
My only complaint is that the straps stretch out, they were snug when I first tried then on, and a week later they are a tad loose. The sizes are a bit generous, so if you can, go smaller to make sure they will fit long term

I bought these two years ago, and they are my all-time favorite sandals! Sadly, when I went to buy more pairs last year, the design had changed, and the new ones were barely better than the $2 flip-flops you can buy at [@]. What made the old design so exceptional was that the footbed had built-in arch support. These flip-flops used to conform to your foot like a glove, and I could wear them walking around town all day without foot pain. Although the 2011 design was still made of soft foam, I am pretty certain I could not wear them as much because of the lack of support. I went all last year without buying any. I keep wearing my 2010 pair, which are pretty worn, and am hoping and praying that Teva has come to their senses and brought back the excellent design that they used to have for 2012. If anybody knows of any place that carries this shoe in the old design, I'd love to hear about it!

Very stylish and great colour selection.
Soles not durable, rubber wears down quickly.
For a few $'s more you should improve quality.

I have 3 more pair of these sandals that I ordered from a catalog and I love them. And I have purchased 2 pair for friends. However, with this pair the straps seem to be too snug over the top of my foot. Pretty disappointed.

cute and comfy, but not as comfy as teva sandals I have bought before. No idea what style but has a regular flip flop look, cloth strap, Hibiscus?flower print, much squishier. That squish is what I was hoping for. These are fine for out and about, but my feet don't say "ahh".

I have older pairs that fit perfectly, but the last two pairs seem to have very loose straps. I'm disappointed.

I was ready to like these as soon as I ordered them! I have found Teva sandals and boots comfortable, well-made, and long-lasting, so how could I go wrong? I was looking forward to the criss-cross straps, as traditional flip-flops usually rub too much between my toes. [...] I put the right one on first; it was perfect. I put the left one on, and the experience headed south. Two of the straps did not even touch my foot - they "stod up" too high. The thong between the toes felt as if it was anchored in the wrong place. I know people's feet usually do not match, but I have never had an experience like this. The left sandal felt as if was made on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon. It was not at all what I expected from Teva. I was disappointed, [...]

I have several pairs of these flips-flops that are 2-3 yrs old and they fit my narrow foot perfectly. I bought this version and the straps are a little too long and they don't stay on too well. Did you change the style a little? or am I ordering the wrong thing?

Probably would not order online again. There were a couple that fit great. One pair was too tight and a couple had one strap that was way too long. In the store, I would have passed on those. It appears the quality control is lacking with regard to online purchases.

I really like the shoe, it's just a little to constricting around the toes

These added to my collection of olowahu - I now have 6 pr and normally love them. On the gray pair the top straps are way too loose and doesn't even touch my foot. I have a very narrow foot and these are the only flip flops I have ever been able to wear so I am disappointed and not sure what to do. As for my other 5 pair - I Love Them!

these are definitely on the narrow side. fit me fine, but I have narrow feet. I had to return though because the arch support is negligible, and with plantar fascitis, thats not going to work. still looking for a lightweight supportive sandal - everything supportive seems to be also heavy. that being said, lots of my friends with regular feet have these and they all think they're just fine.

was alittle disappointed with the sandals this time around. The straps are not as wide as they were and were shiny, cute touch but not expected. I walk in the summer alot, and since I wear sandals I wear them. They seemed alittle less substantial for walking.

I have purchased Teva flip-flops in the past and this product does not appear to have the same quality as previous ones. The soles are flimsy and I'm not sure they will last. (I'm still wearing ones I bought almost 3 years ago). [...]

The style is very nice but I found that the seams of the straps rubbed on the top of my foot & irritated the skin to the point that I had to cover it with a bandaid.

I have had two other pairs previously and they were amazing and lasted for 2 years with a ton of walking wear put on them. The two pairs I just bought and no where near as good and they are the same style. I'm very disappointed because I shouldn't have to suffer this badly for sandals. I feel like the straps are so tight (on the same size as my other ones and I'm not swelling) that it bruises.

I love your sandals and have about 10 prs of this style in different colors. Some fit better than others. I have three prs that are a very loose fit. If I could find a store locally, so that I could try them on before peuchasing them, I would not have bought the three too loose prs.

I think I would have liked this sandal if I could have gotten my foot into it! I normally wear a size 10 medium so that's what I ordered. I couldn't even get it on all the way the straps were so tight! A wide might have worked but rather than shipping back and forth I returned them. Also, the straps were narrower than I'd expected they would be.

This is my second pair. The first I bought last year in a store, and these on-line. Here's the problem: while these are about the most comfortable flip-flops ever because of the "mush" sole, the straps are not consistent. I recommend buying them in a store so you can try them on, because even among the same size pair the looseness or tightness of the straps will be different. You may need to try on two or three of the same size and pick the right and left foot that fit you best. This is a pain. The ones I ordered on-line have this problem (the right is significantly looser in the straps than the left)so I had to take it to shoe guy to have him cut and shorten the problem strap. Adding significantly to the cost of course. So in the future I will buy these only in a retail store so I can try them on and get a good match.
