I purchased the same shoes last year or year before and love them, but this pair is so loose on my feet I literally have to put effort into keeping them on and the arches of my feet hurt...will be contacting customer service as I am hopeful this is just a defect and not the new way they're manufacturing them

I love the Mush collection, except for this design. The straps on these are so incredibly tight that they cut off the circulation to my toes. I'm sticking to the flip flops from here on out.

I had two pairs of a previous version of this shoe and LOVED them. I went to buy more, but this one is a bit different. It's still super comfortable, but my shoes squeak!! Like, every. single. step.

Love the looks of these flip flops. A little stiff between the toes so I'm wearing them just a little while each day to get that sensitive area accustomed to the toe piece and to break them in a bit.

I've been using Tevas for at least 10 yrs now. I'm now on my third pair of these sandals. The first two sandals would have lasted me much longer, but sadly both were chewed by puppies. I have to say that I'm not as impressed with these newer sandals. I feel that Tevas have gone down in their quality. The straps aren't as thick or soft as they used to be. Normal I'd give these sandals a 5 star, but these newer designs only deserve a 3 star. Please bring back the old style. It was much better quality and I hope to wear them the rest of my life.

always have good luck with Teva except this last pair the strap broke with in a month. Teva gets 3 stars because of the free return shipping. Lets hope its not a design flaw

These have been my favorite flip flops for several years. They are cute, comfortable and lasted a long time with no issues. I do not know if Teva is taking short cuts on its materials, but the last couple of pairs turn my heels black, like cheaper flip flops sometimes do. It is very disappointing to pay top dollar for flip flops and have this happen. I am very torn as I love these sandals, but will probably have to start looking at other brands. Shame on Teva for ruining a great product!

I was so disappointed when I got my 2 new pair. They are not the high quality they were when I bought them a few years ago. The straps are cheap looking and feeling.

I bought 2 pairs (like I do every year!) This particular pair's laces seemed stiffer than the rest. I'll give them a wash and try wearing them again.

I ordered these months ago, I was so excited to receive them! I love flip flops and the strappy detail on these are awesome! But I didn't realize that they wouldnt be wide enough for my feet. I assumed the straps would be stretchy but they have no give to them. Very dissapointed! Didn't bother to try and return them, so they just live in my closet now. Please make a version of this sandal for wide feet!!

I used to love the old wedge before they turned to mush. The old wedges were indestructible. Firm sole and straps that were indestructible. I've owned prior pair of mandolin mush. They were ok. The ones I'm rating right now have thinner straps. Not as wide. The straps this time are too loose for my foot width. My toes stick out of the sole. Disappointed.

The bottoms of these flops are nice BUT the straps are way too tight and have absolutely no stretch or give to them thus far I am hoping with a little more time and patience that I can "break" them in rather than send back.......

Not like every other flip flop same old flip flop. Stylish enough to wear with a skort. Very comfortable. Hopefully as good as my last pair that I am still wearing for 5 years! Quality on this new pair seems lower. Fit isn't as soft and forming. But time will tell and I still love the style.

They just don't seem secure enough. Straps seem a little flimsey.

They are ok, do not fit as snug as I would like, but going to keep. Too much trouble sending back. As as far as W OLOWAHU, I have worn these for a long time, just needed another pair. Good for casual running around, the arch is good. Was unable to put in comments for these sandals, something wrong with your website.

One was damaged when I received them. Also, the straps were not comfortable on the sides and under my feet. Very cute and good cushioning, but couldn't do the straps.

My 2 yr old black ones, same style and size are significantly better made, better material. These are flimsy! I fear they won't last.

Too bad they don't make these sandals in half sizes. I bought them for an international trip, but they're probably getting returned. I've bought two pairs and am wearing them up and down the stairs at home trying to decide which ones to keep. The size 8 fits too tightly around the toes and the size 9 is too loose on one foot. Because the fabric has a lot of "give," I'm reluctant to go up a size.The larger size keeps catching on the rim of the stairs as I go up, and the smaller size leaves marks around the toe on my left foot. WHY can't Teva offer half sizes? I don't understand.

1st time I've been disappointed with anything from Teva

I've been wearing the WOMEN'S OLOWAHU (not sure what past models were called) and have never had the issue of them leaving marks on the floor. I recently purchased the PANA STELLAR and I'm constantly wiping shoe marks off the vinyl flooring. My other 3 pair of Teva's do not do this. It's a real pain. I'm still a Teva fan but I'd love to know if anyone else has this issue.
