Although these are comfortable, the two straps that surround the big toe (one that is long and crosses the sandal and one that forms part of the thong) are both strangely loose. The other straps hold the sandal on my foot when I walk, but these two straps stick out toward the middle of each sandal and look very weird. There is maybe an inch too much fabric length on each strap. For references, I normally wear a 7/7.5 and I ordered a 7. I have a normal to high arch.

I'm normally a 7.5 and I got an 8. I'll have to return them. The length was perfect and the foot bed felt great. But one of the straps going across my foot was too tight and dug into me (oddly only on one foot). I might try another shoe style since the foot bed felt so great.

The white original universal sandal aren't as bright white as is said on order & shoe box. More of a off white.

The left thong was painful and the straps didn't seem to fit. I hope I can break these in. Great cushiony sole though. Nice sandal.

The footbed material has changed. They squeak like crazy if my feet perspire! I love the older versions! Have 4 pair of the Ola's. Had to replace them as the bottom sole wore out! I will not be buying these again!

I buy 2 pairs each summer because they do not last long. They are comfortable and I love that Teva makes some sandal's in my size (woman's 12). I really wish Teva would figure out a way to make the foot bed of these shoes not make your feet black. Whenever I wear them by the end of the day the bottoms of my feet are black, just like they were when I was a kid playing outside all day with no shoes. I can't understand why they have not solved this problem yet.

These are the only flip flops that I can wear and have been wearing for the past 10 years. The fit and wedge ensured incomparable support; these could be worn all day with no slipping off like a single strap, flat-soled flip flop. Also were available in many great colors and numerous sports stores. They were the most comfortable, supportive and literally wear them every single day, however, in the past 2 years the quality of the sandal had decreased dramatically. The materials have obviously been downgraded to much cheaper materials and wear out with 3 months instead of years. The pricing is still high for a flip flop but was worth it because of comfort, support, really pretty and attractive styling compared to a single strap flop and durability. They are still more comfortable than a flat flip flop, but just don't last and only 2 color choices. Pricing didn't change, however, the quality is so drastically reduced, as to not really be worth this price point. I have purchased at least 15 pairs of these sandals, but will be forced to look for something else now. Do not for the life of me understand why the company chose to abandon this product. It was superb. Makes no sense. Please, please bring back the originals!!!!!!!!

I wanted to use these shoes with a spring/summer Maxi dress or a nice pair shorts. The shoes were very uncomfortable. I have a regular foot size and my daughter, who wears the same size, has a slim foot. For both of us it felt uncomfortable. Sadly, I will have to return these.

I have worn these for more years than I can remember! Hard to use the only width available now, I have narrow feet, but I could still wear them. My most recent pair seem harder to slip into. I realize there is a break in period, but still have to sit and use my hands to have all the straps in place. New manufacture? Arch support and comfort still the same good fit.

A little more dressy than a regular flip flop. The straps didn't fit my foot well, so I gave them away.

I have had three pairs of these sandals in the last many years, but I found these size 9s to be too small in the straps and they seem to be made from a slightly different, more squishy material. There is a chance that this is a different style, obviously, maybe? Either way, I'm still wearing my previous sandals - as in today, and my foot size has not changed. However, the sandals I'm wearing today have blue stitching and these have orange stitching. Is it possible you still have the ones with blue stitching in stock somewhere? If so, please send that item # to me right away and I'll buy a few pairs.

They look great and as always, great quality. I think this style runs a bit short in the footbed compared to my other Teva products. I typically wear a 7.5 in other shoes, and always purchase 8 in Teva. The 8 was too small for me, but perfect for my size 7 mother. If purchasing again, I would go a full size up in this style instead of just a half size.

I had to return these because the straps were too tight in the toe area. I liked them though.

I have had several pair of this style before. The new ones irritate between the toes, whereas the old ones never did.

I ordered two pairs. They are okay, but I am disappointed. These flip flops are not the same quality as the Olowahu Tevas I ordered in previous years. They don't fit as well, straps are loose and arch support is lacking. The burnt olive is a nice color but the fabric doesn't feel very comfortable against the top of the foot. This could be due to the loose fit. Overall, I would expect a better product for the price. Overall however, I really like Teva footwear.

What I love best about these sandals is how they look on my feet and the style! Love the appearance! My problem with them is that the cute scrappy part that I love is very loose and the result is that I sometimes trip with the looseness. . The straps also get hung up on my "pinkie" toes not so comfy with that. I ordered a size 8, which is my size always! So it wasn't the size just the loose straps! Which is weird since they are elastic!

I love the look, but the strapping is to tight and narrow, truly hoping the straps will loosen up or stretch out some.

It's a very nice design, however it's for narrow feet. My feet look like sausages and I dont particularly have wide feet.

I expected these to be like my others, but the strap rubbed my foot raw on top. Disappointed that they weren't as comfy as my black ones.

Love the color and these would have been my 3rd Tevas but they're just a tad too short. My feet are on the thin side and the straps were just a bit too loose as well.

I use this product as a daily slipper - I have purchased several of this style and not had a problem; but the the strap from the second toe across is just tight this time.

loved the look but straps on left foot were of different tightness than the right - ?quality control vs my feet (but I've never had the issue before with other sandals or shoes)

Due to the covid situation I am in and around the house, not out visiting, shopping, or walking around that much. After 3-4 days, Olowahu strappy flip-flops were worn in and the cloth bands kept their shape (the height of my foot) so easy to slip on again. However, the 2 are not the same. This was also true of the pair of Voya Flip flip-flops I bought at the same time. In wearing in, you have to shove one foot further against the toe post (the left, for the Voya, the right for the Olowahu, so it's not because my feet are different, which of course they are, slightly). The insole is very breathable, so not sweaty (slippery) or hot, and the sandal is extremely lightweight overall though tough (bottom of sole). For the price, it's fine that they aren't quite the same (the Olowahu mush sole heights are different, for instance, affecting strap lengths over foot). I did wonder if the lefts were all made at one factory and the rights all at another, with the 2 streams coming together somewhere else for packaging and shipping. Who knows. It's not quite the quality I expect of Teva, whose products I have been wearing for 30 years.
