Are too long(and I ordered 1/2 size smaller than usual). No support. Old Uggs had firm, non bending support, which I need. These soles are thinner and way too flexible, no support.

These were obviously worn and returned. They were stained, creased, and the soles were dirty. The collar was damaged and the fur on the inside was flattened. I was so grossed out I didn’t even want to try them on!!!

I have only had the slippers a month and there are holes in the inside soles, I would like a replacement pair I have worn UGGS for years and never has this issue

I love this style UGG but sadly the quality of the interior has gone downhill significantly. I have worn these a handful of times since receiving them and here is my take: I wear a 7.5 (TTS) and I have to order a 6 in this style. The once fuzzy soft interior is now a cheaper version of its predecessor. They have already worn down so much there are balding spots all over the inside. I'm not a hard walker and I am light in weight solely for reference. I have a pair of these from 10 years ago and they have all of the 'fur' still in tact. These are nothing like those which is such a let down. I already returned one pair a while ago.. Zappos has fantastic customer service and I told them what happened and they let me send the back and get another pair. I was hopeful but UGG apparently has changed their interior of many of their products. :(

I would have given no stars if possible. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a purchase!!! I ordered these slippers for my daughter as Christmas present. When I received my order on 12/23 about a week after ordering them, what was in the box was a DIRTY, USED, GROSS pair of slippers. They were not even Ugg Coquettes. I did not open the box until Christmas Eve, so I found myself without a gift for my daughter. I do need to mention that the customer service person that I talked to was really nice, but there was nothing that could be done. I have owned Ugg Coquette slippers for years and love them. This review is for Zappos. The fact that I received a damaged box with DIRTY, USED, GROSS merchandise is completely disappointing and unacceptable. It’s not the first time that I have received merchandise from Zappos that wasn’t perfect but it was definitely the worst. This has forever changed my opinion of Zappos.

I have been buying these same Ugg Coquette slippers for years. I needed a new pair, and ordered the exact same style. When they arrived, it was definitely noticeable that they were not the same manufacturer. They looked cheap, felt cheap, and no longer had the weight of the older style Uggs. It is obvious that Uggs is now manufacturing them with a much lower quality vendor, likely in China. While the description says real fur was attached, I would highly doubt if 5% of what was on the slipper is actually real. I promptly returned the slippers and will not order again. Sad, because I really liked the prior quality and for the price, these inferior slippers are clearly NOT worth the money.

Nope. these are no longer the same UGGS, I'm sorry to say. They're equivalent to knock-offs but they are manufactured by the real UGG company, I presume. I'm theorizing that they've cheapened the product to produce more revenues, assuming that customers won't notice. Well I've been wearing UGG slippers for decades and I know what the real thing feels like. This is definitely not it - no softness in the sole but feels like walking on a hard brick. None of the plush softness many of us loved - it's gone. So buyer beware.

Fit fine but I wore through them in eight months. What is wrong with the quality of uggs these days?

Really upsetting to have bought these slippers a couple of months back and only wore them for a *month* and the fleece in the heels is already completely worn out. I don't think Zappos accepts returns for wear or I would send them back. Horrible quality.

These slippers are NOT what they used to be!!! I am so bummed about this :( I used to wear Coquettes all day during the winter months. I decided I needed a new pair because all of the fur had worn away over 3 years. I have always looked forward to slipping my feet in a new pair of UGG slippers, because they felt so soft and cushy....However, this last pair is no match for my 3 year old Coquettes! With this new version of Coquettes that I bought back in February 2019, I noticed a huge change in the manufacturing, immediately upon wearing. Now, there is no cushy support, like the UGG slippers used to be. They are soft, but NO Cushion or support in the sole. I have attempted to wear these several times, and I can't keep them on for long. I no longer feel supported. I am picky now with shoes and must have comfort!

Love these slippers. This is about my 8th pair. I like black best but without socks (which I don’t wear), the black lining rubs off on your feet leaving them black for months on end until the lining is quite worn down.

I love these beautiful pink Uggs slippers they are absolutely comfortable just all of my Uggs. They fit perfectly and comfy also they keep my feet super warm. I purchase these in a different color every year they never disappoint.
